Additional Pricing for Separated Marketplace Configurations
Some marketplace or retail setups may be configured in their own separate OMS environment, isolated from other centralized marketplace connections. These configurations require an additional Site Area within your main OMS site and will incur an extra $25 per month. Includes on-going USA based support.
3PL Connector Add-On
The 3PL Connector Add-On runs on top of any Growth plan, and each client integration gets its own Site Area to connect all of their marketplaces and EDI channels. Pricing scales with the plan it's attached to: $50 per client integration on Growth Starter (1,000 monthly orders included), $25 per client integration on Growth Pro (10,000 monthly orders included), and custom per-client pricing on Growth Enterprise (50,000 monthly orders included). New Sales Channels
Marketplaces refer to API-based marketplace connections. EDI refers to retailers that require an EDI connection. EDI connections may have additional monthly fees based on the retailer's EDI VAN requirements, and new EDI connections include a setup fee.

What counts as a "monthly order" for pricing purposes?
Each order InfiPlex imports and processes from a connected sales channel counts toward your plan's monthly order allowance, regardless of order size. Orders beyond your plan's included amount are billed at your plan's per-order overage rate — see Pricing Notes above.
Can I upgrade my plan as my business grows?
Yes. You can upgrade from Basic Starter to a Growth package at any time as your order volume grows, and Growth Pro includes everything needed to scale further before moving to a custom Growth Enterprise plan.
Is there a setup fee to add a new sales channel?
API-based marketplace and cart connections are built at no additional development cost on Growth and Partner packages. New EDI connections include a setup fee, and EDI channels may carry additional monthly EDI VAN costs depending on the retailer.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
Growth Packages (Basic Starter, Growth Starter, Growth Pro) require a 3-month commitment. Partner programs (Growth Enterprise and Drop-Ship) require a 12-month commitment. The 3PL Connector Add-On follows the commitment of whichever core plan it's added to.
What if I need a marketplace or EDI retailer InfiPlex doesn't support yet?
Tell us what you need. New API-based marketplace integrations are built at no additional development cost as part of every Growth and Partner package, and go into our programming queue.
How does EDI pricing work?
EDI connections may carry additional monthly EDI VAN costs set by the retailer, and new EDI connections include a setup fee. In many cases, InfiPlex can significantly reduce or eliminate those EDI costs — often enough on its own to cover your monthly package. See our EDI Pricing page for more details.
How does the 3PL Connector Add-On save a 3PL money?
It saves money in three concrete ways. First, it replaces the cost of an in-house integration team — new marketplace connections are built by InfiPlex at no additional development cost, instead of you paying developers to build and maintain them yourselves. Second, EDI connections to retailers like Target, Costco, and Sam's Club typically carry ongoing EDI VAN fees, and InfiPlex can often significantly reduce or eliminate those costs — in many cases enough on its own to cover the entire monthly package. Third, per-client pricing that drops as you grow, $50/month on Growth Starter down to $25/month on Growth Pro, is far more predictable and cheaper than custom development labor as you add clients and channels.
There's also a less obvious form of savings: being able to say yes to any client's channel request protects revenue you'd otherwise lose to a competing 3PL that can make the connection.
