NetSuite · InfiPlex OMS Integration
NetSuite Integration: every channel into your ERP, on your own rules
The usual NetSuite pattern is one connector per marketplace — each with its own license, mapping, and failure modes. The InfiPlex™ OMS replaces the pile with a single rail: orders from 130+ channels push into NetSuite as sales orders (or pull selectively, your choice), shipments flow back as tracking, invoices sync automatically, and NetSuite inventory distributes everywhere in real time. This is InfiPlex's most configurable connection — custom rules govern what pushes, what pulls, how products get saved, and how tracking consolidates, all scoped to how your operation actually runs. Included with Growth Pro.

How it works
How the InfiPlex NetSuite integration works
The usual NetSuite pattern is one SuiteApp or connector per marketplace — each with its own license, its own field mappings, and its own failure modes. InfiPlex replaces the pile with a single, fully customizable rail: the OMS collects orders from every connected channel and pushes them into NetSuite as sales orders under rules you define, or pulls specific NetSuite orders into InfiPlex for management under your own filters. Shipments made in NetSuite flow back as tracking — consolidated into one confirmation per shipment or kept 1:1 per package, your choice — invoice numbers sync to the originating marketplace, and NetSuite inventory distributes to every channel in real time, either mapped warehouse-by-warehouse or totaled into a single combined quantity.
Built around your operation
Custom Rules for Every Direction of Sync
Most NetSuite connectors move data one fixed way. InfiPlex is built to run on your rules instead of a generic default, in every direction:
-
Custom Push Order Rules
Configure exactly which channel orders push into NetSuite, and how — not a one-size-fits-all default.
-
Custom Pull Order Rules & Filters
Pull specific NetSuite orders into InfiPlex for management based on filters you define, rather than syncing everything.
-
Custom Product-Saving Rules
Control how products from NetSuite get created and saved in InfiPlex, matched to how your catalog is actually structured.
-
Custom Tracking Rules
Push all packages in a shipment as one consolidated tracking entry, or keep every package 1:1 — configurable per your fulfillment workflow.
Beyond orders and inventory
Invoicing Synced to Every Marketplace
InfiPlex OMS eliminates invoicing friction by syncing your NetSuite invoice numbers directly with marketplaces — your accounting team reclaims hours previously lost to manual payment reconciliation, turning a tedious, error-prone process into an automated workflow.

Orders as Sales Orders, Your Rules
Channel orders push into NetSuite under custom push rules, or specific NetSuite orders pull into InfiPlex under custom filters — not a fixed default in either direction.
