Bug fixes, new tools and feature updates are added to a site via the System Updates tool. It is recommended that you periodically go in an apply all available System Updates to keep your system up to date.
To get to the System Updates Tool when logged in to the admin side of your site, click on the Admin Tools wrench in the upper right corner and click on the purple System Update bar in the tool options for the System Update Tool. If you don't have the tool, you do not have the proper admin rights to the tool.
To apply the updates, click on the purple 'Check For New Updates'. Depending on how long it has been since the last time updates were applied this may take a few moments. Once the New Updates have been downloaded, click the green Apply All Updates. It is safe to click OK in the pop up that asks if you are sure you want to apply all the updates.
