Amazon Integration FAQs: every Amazon channel, one OMS
InfiPlex™ is an approved application on the Amazon Selling Partner Appstore and an AWS Technology Partner, connecting through the current Amazon Selling Partner API (SP-API). One InfiPlex OMS manages Seller Central (FBM, FBA, and Seller Fulfilled Prime), Amazon Business, Vendor Central Direct Fulfillment and Retail, FBA Inbound shipments, and Amazon's regional marketplaces — alongside every other channel you sell on. These are the questions Amazon sellers and vendors ask us most.
It's a direct SP-API connection between your Amazon account and the InfiPlex Inventory & Order Management System that automates order import, shipment confirmation, and real-time inventory updates. Because InfiPlex covers all of Amazon's selling channels — Seller Central, Amazon Business, Vendor Central Direct Fulfillment and Retail, and FBA Inbound — one OMS replaces the separate tools sellers usually stitch together to run them.
You authorize the InfiPlex app from the Amazon Selling Partner Appstore using your Seller Central admin login — Amazon's standard, secure authorization flow, with no keys pasted around and no coding. After you sign up for a package, our support team schedules the authorization with you and configures order and inventory settings as part of onboarding.
Yes. InfiPlex has an approved app listed on the Amazon Selling Partner Appstore and is an AWS Technology Partner. The integration runs on Amazon's current Selling Partner API (SP-API) rather than the retired MWS interface, so it stays aligned with Amazon's active developer requirements.
Typically 1–3 business days end to end. Your OMS site is provisioned within 1–2 business days of sign-up, the Appstore authorization itself takes minutes, and our team helps map SKUs, configure shipping, and connect any additional channels before you start processing live orders.
All of them: Seller Central orders (Fulfilled by Merchant, Fulfilled by Amazon, and Seller Fulfilled Prime, including Amazon Custom SKUs), Amazon Business, Vendor Central Direct Fulfillment and Retail, FBA Inbound shipments, Amazon Shipping, and Amazon's regional marketplaces across North America, Europe, and the Far East.
No. InfiPlex is a no-code solution: the Appstore authorization is click-through, and the InfiPlex team — USA-based programmers and support — handles configuration with you. There's no server software, hardware, or developer time required on your side.

Orders, Shipping & Prime
How FBM, FBA, and Seller Fulfilled Prime orders move, what Buy Shipping gets you, and where 3PLs and ERPs plug in.
New orders are pulled approximately every 15 minutes — faster where volume demands it — across FBM, SFP, and FBA order types. Each order instantly adjusts shared inventory and queues updates to your other channels, then tracking posts back to Amazon the moment a label is purchased, protecting your late-shipment and valid-tracking metrics.
Yes, appropriately so. FBA orders import for visibility, reporting, and multi-channel inventory math but don't enter your ship queue, since Amazon fulfills them; FBM and Seller Fulfilled Prime orders route to your warehouse, 3PL, or shipping platform for fulfillment. SFP orders are specifically identified so priority shipping rules can apply to them.
Yes. InfiPlex supports Amazon Merchant Shipping (Amazon Buy Shipping) for your Amazon orders — which carries Amazon's A-to-z Guarantee protection on shipping claims and is generally the safest way to ship Amazon orders — as well as Amazon Shipping for orders from your website and other marketplaces where available. You'll enroll in these programs with Amazon, and InfiPlex uses them alongside its 100+ integrated carriers.
Yes. InfiPlex flags Seller Fulfilled Prime orders as they import so your team or your automation rules can apply the required priority shipping methods and cutoffs. You'll need Amazon's approval as an SFP seller; once enrolled, InfiPlex keeps Prime orders visually and operationally separated from standard FBM orders.
Yes — Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF) support is included with Growth Starter and higher packages. InfiPlex can send orders from Shopify, Walmart, eBay, and other channels to FBA for fulfillment, then carry the resulting tracking back to the originating channel, letting brands run on Amazon's logistics network without manual order entry.
Yes. InfiPlex routes Amazon orders wherever you fulfill: into NetSuite or another ERP, out to a connected 3PL or WMS, into shipping platforms like ShipStation, or straight into your Shopify admin so all orders live in one queue. Shipment data returns along the same path and posts to Amazon automatically.
Section 3 of 5 · Single source of truth
Inventory, FBA Stock & Catalog
Keeping Amazon quantities honest across FBM and FBA, replenishing FBA, and managing catalog data at scale.
Every order on every connected channel decrements the shared SKU pool in real time, and InfiPlex broadcasts the new available quantity to Amazon and each other marketplace within minutes. That single-source-of-truth model is what eliminates the classic two-channel oversell — selling the last unit on Amazon and eBay simultaneously.
Per-channel inventory buffers add a safety margin on top of real-time sync: you can hold back a set quantity on Amazon-listed SKUs so simultaneous cross-channel orders never take you negative, protecting your account health metrics. The InfiPlex team helps tune buffers by SKU velocity during setup, and manual overrides are always available in the Inventory Tool.
Yes. FBA quantities and your own warehouse quantities are maintained as distinct pools, so channel listings reflect the right fulfillment source and your reporting shows exactly where units sit. That separation is also what makes accurate MCF routing and FBA replenishment planning possible.
Yes — the Amazon FBA Inbound integration (included with Growth Starter and above) manages the replenishment flow from your warehouse or 3PL into Amazon's fulfillment centers, keeping inbound quantities visible in the same system that tracks sell-through. That closes the loop between demand across your channels and the stock you position at Amazon.
Yes. The Seller Central integration works with Amazon Custom (personalized) SKUs, and regional marketplaces — North America (US, Canada, Mexico, Brazil), Europe (UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Turkey, UAE, India), and the Far East (Australia, Japan, Singapore) — connect as additional channels sharing the same inventory pool or segmented pools, your choice.
Section 4 of 5 · Beyond Seller Central
Vendor Central, Business & Growth Programs
The 1P and B2B side of Amazon — purchase orders, direct fulfillment, business pricing, and pricing automation.
Yes, both Vendor Central models. Direct Fulfillment (Amazon sells, you drop-ship to the customer) is included with Growth Starter and above, with orders, shipment confirmations, and inventory flowing through the OMS; Vendor Central Retail (Amazon issues wholesale POs into its own warehouses) is included with Growth Pro. See the Vendor Central integration overview for how POs, ASNs, and routing work.
Amazon Business orders flow into InfiPlex seamlessly alongside your standard Amazon.com orders — same queue, same shipping tools, same inventory pool — so selling to business buyers with quantity pricing doesn't create a second workflow. Details are on the Amazon Business integration page.
Yes — the Marketplace Repricer is included with Growth Starter and higher packages, letting you manage pricing across Amazon and your other marketplaces from the OMS. Promotional price changes can also be uploaded in bulk. Ask our team to walk through repricing rules for your catalog during onboarding.
Amazon Today was Amazon's program for same-day delivery from local retail stores; Amazon discontinued it in January 2025, citing overlap with its other fast-delivery programs, so it is no longer available to retailers. If you run physical stores alongside your online channels, InfiPlex can still keep in-store and online inventory coordinated — ask our team about the right multi-location setup for local retail.
That's the core of what InfiPlex does. Once Amazon is connected, adding Walmart, TikTok Shop, eBay, Target Plus, retail EDI programs, or a Shopify store reuses the same SKUs, inventory, and fulfillment routing — and Growth packages include building API integrations we don't yet offer at no extra charge, so a missing channel is a request, not a roadblock.
Yes — the Amazon Brand Launch program combines the OMS with hands-on guidance for catalog setup, fulfillment strategy, and channel configuration. It's designed for manufacturers and brands entering Amazon who want operations wired correctly from the first order.
Section 5 of 5 · Plans and platform fit
Pricing & Package Fit
What Amazon connectivity costs and which package unlocks which Amazon programs.
Amazon Seller Central connectivity is included in every package, starting with Basic Starter at $49.99/month ($0.50 per order, up to 2,000 SKUs). Growth Starter ($499.99/month, 1,000 orders included) adds Amazon MCF, FBA Inbound, and Vendor Central Direct Fulfillment; Growth Pro ($999.99/month, 10,000 orders included) adds Vendor Central Retail, ERP connections, and the PIM. Growth packages carry a 3-month commitment.
Use this quick map: FBM/FBA/SFP order management — any package; Amazon MCF, FBA Inbound, and Vendor Central Direct Fulfillment — Growth Starter or above; Vendor Central Retail — Growth Pro or Enterprise. If you're not sure which programs your Amazon business touches, schedule a call and we'll map it with you.
Every package includes onboarding from our USA-based team — SKU configuration, marketplace key setup, shipping and buffer settings, and system training — plus ongoing support afterward. Growth packages add a dedicated account manager and ongoing SKU/marketplace setup help, which matters as your Amazon catalog and channel list keep expanding.

Not selling on Amazon yet?
Launching a brand on Amazon?
InfiPlex offers a dedicated Amazon Brand Launch program that pairs the OMS with hands-on help getting your catalog, fulfillment, and channel setup right from the start — useful whether Amazon is your first channel or your fiftieth SKU line.
InfiPlex authorizes against your Amazon account through the Selling Partner API, pulls orders on a continuous cadence, and pushes tracking and inventory back the moment you ship. Vendor Central purchase orders, FBA inbound shipments, and Business orders travel the same rail, so Amazon stops being four separate workflows.
The InfiPlex Amazon sync rail: orders and purchase orders from every Amazon channel flow into the OMS, which routes fulfillment to your warehouses, FBA, or 3PL/ERP systems and returns tracking and real-time inventory to Amazon and all other connected channels.
