The InfiPlex™ Inventory & Order Management System (OMS) makes it easy to manage all of your Amazon orders, including your Amazon Business orders. The InfiPlex Amazon integration uses the lates Amazon Selling Partner API (SP-API) and is an approved App by Amazon and Amazon Business. It automatically pulls orders, updates inventory and sends tracking numbers back to Amazon as soon as you purchase your labels. InfiPlex also integrates with Amazon FBA, Amazon Seller Fulfilled Prime, and Amazon Custom. All of our Amazon integrations use the latest Amazon Selling Partner API (SP-API) and have been fully vetted by Amazon.

Amazon Business Product Import
Download all of your SKU's from your Amazon account to get started quickly. We download all of the base information including product SKU, title, price, and weight. You can be up and running in a few minutes.
InfiPlex OMS updates individual SKU inventory levels as orders are placed through Amazon Business or any other connected marketplace. This makes sure that Amazon Business and other marketplaces have the most current inventory level for each SKU. Manual inventory updates are also available via our Inventory tool and Inventory Upload. FTP connection is also available to read inventory feeds as well as custom programming to pull inventory from anywhere you need it pulled.
Amazon Shipping
Turn the Amazon Shipping settings on and let Amazon provide shipping labels for all of your Amazon Business orders. InfiPlex automatically requests a shipping label from Amazon, so you can quickly fulfill the order. Using this option gives the seller Amazon's A-to-z Guarantee for any shipping claims. Manage Amazon Business Pricing
InfiPlex also includes the ability to manage your Amazon Business pricing for any SKU. This includes your standard Amazon Business price and quantity discounts based on a fixed amount or a percentage.
