Amazon Shipping Integration: Amazon's own carrier, one multichannel queue

Amazon Shipping is Amazon's own carrier service — separate from selling on the Amazon marketplace. The InfiPlex™ OMS connects your Amazon Shipping account so orders from every sales channel flow into one queue, labels buy through Amazon's carrier network, and tracking posts back automatically.

How it works

How the InfiPlex Amazon Shipping integration works

Amazon Shipping is worth distinguishing clearly from selling on Amazon's marketplace: it's a carrier service, similar in concept to UPS or FedEx, that any business can use to ship packages through Amazon's delivery network. InfiPlex aggregates orders from every sales channel into one queue, sends orders needing labels to your Amazon Shipping account, and posts the resulting tracking number back out to whichever channel the order came from.

Flow diagram: Amazon Shipping sends new orders to the InfiPlex Order Management System about every 15 minutes. InfiPlex pushes tracking numbers and real-time inventory back to Amazon Shipping, and routes orders to Your Sales Channels, Your Warehouses, Other Carriers for fulfillment. The InfiPlex Amazon Shipping sync rail: orders needing labels flow from the OMS to your Amazon Shipping account, Amazon returns rates and the label through its delivery network, and InfiPlex pushes tracking out to whichever sales channel the order came from — while inventory stays reconciled across every connected channel in one pool.
