Epicor InfiPlex App Order Flow

InfiPlex oversees your entire Epicor order process, including orders, shipping and tracking, inventory, and invoicing where applicable. The invoicing feature is available for wholesale integrations such as Amazon Vendor Central Direct Fulfillment.

 

Push Orders into Your Epicor Account

InfiPlex OMS can pull orders from any marketplace, such as Amazon, Amazon Vendor Central, Walmart, Walmart DSV, and Back Market. You can also pull orders from any retail EDI account through InfiPlex. InfiPlex then pushes all of those orders into your Epicor account.
 

Managing Shipping & Inventory from Your Epicor Account

InfiPlex OMS seamlessly transfers all your marketplace orders directly into your Epicor account. It retrieves tracking numbers and SKU inventory, then sends that information back to the connected marketplaces. This ensures that all your marketplaces have the most up-to-date inventory levels for each SKU.

Additionally, InfiPlex can be configured to integrate inventory across multiple warehouse locations and third-party logistics (3PL) providers.
 

Manage Custom Epicor Fields
