How the InfiPlex Newegg Vendor integration works
Newegg Vendor is a drop-ship relationship connected over API: a shopper orders on Newegg.com, Newegg sends that individual order to you, and you ship directly to the shopper — Newegg never takes physical possession of the product. Newegg also generates the shipping label for the order; InfiPlex retrieves it and makes it available to print at your warehouse or 3PL, so there's no separate carrier account or rate shopping to manage for these orders. InfiPlex pulls orders into the same queue as your other retailers, confirms and ships them on time, and keeps your inventory synced so you never accept an order you can't actually fulfill.
