Temu Integration FAQs: high-velocity orders, zero manual work

The InfiPlex™ Inventory & Order Management System (OMS) offers a fully automated Temu integration: your Temu orders pull into the OMS, you get a tracking label and ship, and tracking plus SKU inventory flow back to Temu and every other channel automatically — with no additional software, hardware, or IT resources. Below are the questions Temu sellers ask us most, from connecting an account and meeting Temu's shipping expectations to protecting stock during Temu's famously fast sell-throughs.

Section 1 of 5 · Getting connected

Temu Integration & Setup

How the InfiPlex Temu connection works, what you need from Temu Seller Center, and how fast you can be live.

What is the InfiPlex Temu integration?

The InfiPlex Temu integration is a fully automated API connection between your Temu seller account and the InfiPlex Inventory & Order Management System. Your Temu orders are pulled into the OMS so you can quickly process and ship through your preferred shipping carrier, shipping software, or ERP, and tracking numbers plus SKU inventory levels flow back to Temu — and to every other connected channel — automatically. It eliminates the need for additional software, hardware, or IT resources.

How long does Temu setup take with InfiPlex?

Most Temu sellers are live in 1–3 business days. The OMS site is typically provisioned within 1–2 business days of sign-up, the Temu key exchange takes minutes, and SKU mapping, shipping preferences, and any additional marketplaces are configured with our team as part of included onboarding.

Do I need a developer or extra software to run Temu through InfiPlex?

No. The integration explicitly eliminates the need for additional software, hardware, or IT resources: the connection is configured in your browser, orders and tracking automate from there, and InfiPlex's own programmers handle anything custom. If you can log into Temu Seller Center, you can run this integration.

Section 2 of 5 · Orders & shipping

Order Management, Shipping & Temu's Expectations

How Temu orders flow through InfiPlex and how to stay ahead of Temu's handling and tracking requirements.

How do Temu orders get into InfiPlex?

InfiPlex automatically pulls your open Temu orders into the OMS about every 15 minutes, with faster syncs available for high-volume operations. Orders arrive ready to fulfill and can be processed directly in the OMS or through your desired warehouse or shipping application — the workflow the integration was built around is literally 'get a tracking label and ship the order.'

How does tracking get back to Temu?

The moment you purchase a shipping label, InfiPlex sends the tracking number back to Temu automatically. Temu monitors handling time and tracking validity closely — late or missing tracking risks penalties and lost placement — so automating the upload protects both your metrics and your margins. The same shipment data flows to any other connected system.

Which carriers can I use to ship Temu orders?

InfiPlex includes free shipping tools within the OMS supporting 100+ carriers — UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS with Commercial Plus pricing through the integrated EasyPost connection. Rate-shop per order or set automation rules, and batch-print on volume days. External platforms like ShipStation are also supported if you prefer.

What happens when Temu's promotions spike my order volume?

Temu is known for pushing hard on products that convert, which can multiply a listing's daily orders overnight. InfiPlex absorbs it: orders keep pulling in throughout the surge, batch label purchase clears the queue fast, and per-channel buffers keep the spike from overselling stock your other channels share. There are no surge fees — a big day is just a bigger batch.

Can Temu orders flow into my ERP?

Yes. Temu orders can be processed through your ERP software, and InfiPlex connects to NetSuite (Growth Pro and above), QuickBooks Online, Microsoft Dynamics, and other back-office systems. Orders, shipments, and inventory land in your books without re-keying.

Section 3 of 5 · Inventory control

Inventory Sync & Overselling Protection

Keeping the quantities Temu sells against honest — at Temu speed.

How does inventory sync work between Temu and my other channels?

All channels draw from one inventory pool in InfiPlex: when a unit sells on Temu, Amazon, or anywhere else connected, InfiPlex immediately updates the available quantity everywhere — including Temu. That single source of truth ensures all sales channels have the most current inventory level for each SKU, which is the only reliable defense against multichannel oversells.

Can I set an inventory buffer for Temu?

Yes, and for Temu we recommend it — its promotional engine can sell through stock faster than any 15-minute sync window. A per-channel buffer holds back a safety quantity on Temu (show 90 when 100 are on the shelf), sized to your sell-through speed, so a hot promotion can't consume units another channel just sold. Buffers are tunable per channel at any time.

How fast does Temu's displayed quantity update after a sale elsewhere?

Inventory pushes to Temu in real time as sales are recorded in the OMS, with marketplace order pulls running about every 15 minutes (faster if configured). The residual minutes-wide window is exactly what the per-channel buffer exists to cover — between the two mechanisms, Temu's displayed quantity stays honest even during simultaneous multi-channel sell-downs.

Can I update Temu inventory manually or from external feeds?

Yes. Beyond automatic sync, InfiPlex supports manual adjustments via the Inventory Tool, bulk changes via Inventory Upload, scheduled FTP inventory feeds, and custom programming to pull quantities from anywhere you need. Whatever feeds the OMS becomes the number Temu and every other channel display.

Does InfiPlex support multiple warehouses for Temu fulfillment?

Yes — multiple warehouses are supported on every package. Availability rolls up across locations so Temu sees your true network-wide quantity, and orders route to the right location by your rules, with each location's ship confirmations flowing back through the OMS to Temu.

Section 4 of 5 · Growth

Growing with Temu — and Controlling Your Costs

Why Temu earns a slot in a growth portfolio, and how InfiPlex keeps the economics working.

Is Temu a serious growth channel for US sellers?

Temu has become one of the most-visited shopping destinations in the US in just a few years, and its local-to-local program now lets US sellers list domestically shipped products that earn faster delivery promises. Growth has been extraordinary — platform GMV has repeatedly posted triple-digit annual increases — and the local program is still young enough that early sellers face far less competition than on mature marketplaces. For value-priced catalogs especially, it's a genuine volume opportunity.

How do I compete on Temu without wrecking my margins?

Two levers. First, shipping cost: USPS Commercial Plus pricing and 100+ carrier rate-shopping through InfiPlex routinely shave meaningful cents per lightweight package — decisive at Temu price points. Second, labor cost: automation removes the per-order manual work, so high order counts don't require proportional headcount. Temu's volume only pays if your cost per order stays flat as volume climbs; that's precisely what an OMS is for.

Can converting my channels to InfiPlex actually lower my monthly costs?

Often, yes. Converting some or all of your top-selling channels to InfiPlex OMS can significantly lower your monthly costs versus stacking per-channel apps and separate shipping tools, and it saves significant time managing sales channels. InfiPlex can affordably connect any sales channel — marketplace or retail EDI — and for EDI retailers, the savings alone will typically pay for your package. Contact us for a free cost comparison.

Should Temu be my only channel?

We'd advise against single-channel dependence anywhere — Temu's promotion engine giveth and taketh away. The stronger play is Temu for volume plus channels you control more of, like a Shopify storefront and Amazon, all on one InfiPlex inventory pool. Since additional channels carry no extra per-channel fee, diversification costs configuration time, not money.

Section 5 of 5 · Plans & fit

Pricing & Platform Fit

What the Temu integration costs and which package matches Temu-scale volume.

How much does the InfiPlex Temu integration cost?

Temu is included in every InfiPlex package with no separate app fee. Basic Starter is $49.99/month for up to 2,000 SKUs with orders at $0.50 each; Growth Starter is $499.99/month with 1,000 orders included ($0.10 after); Growth Pro is $999.99/month with 10,000 orders included ($0.05 after). Growth tiers add the Marketplace Repricer, API access, and free new-integration development.

Which package fits Temu's high-order, low-price profile?

Per-order economics matter more on Temu than almost anywhere, so volume sellers usually skip straight to a Growth tier: at 5,000 monthly orders, Growth Starter's included block plus $0.10 overages beats Basic Starter's $0.50 per order by a wide margin, and Growth Pro's $0.05 overage rate wins past 10,000. Lower-volume sellers testing Temu can start on Basic Starter and upgrade when the math flips — we'll run it with you.

Do Temu's volume spikes create surprise InfiPlex bills?

No — pricing is strictly per order at your tier's rate, with no surge fees or tiers that reset mid-month. A promotion that triples your week is fully predictable: included orders first, then $0.10 or $0.05 each on Growth tiers. You can model any scenario directly from the pricing page.

Is there a contract for the Temu integration?

Growth packages carry a 3-month commitment; partner programs like the 3PL Client Connector run 12 months. If your Temu setup ever requires an isolated Site Area configuration (an additional $25/month), our team flags it before you commit — full terms are on the pricing page.

How it works

How the InfiPlex Temu integration works

Temu moves fast — aggressive promotion can sell through a listing's stock in hours, and the platform expects quick handling and valid tracking in return. InfiPlex keeps you on the right side of both: orders pull into the OMS continuously, ship through your preferred carrier, shipping software, or ERP, and confirm tracking to Temu the moment labels are purchased, while channel-wide inventory sync and buffers stop Temu's velocity from overselling stock your other channels share.
