Walmart Free TwoDay Shipping Program FAQs: sell more with the 2-Day tag

Every Walmart Marketplace seller is eligible for the Free TwoDay Delivery Program — enrolled products display a 2-Day delivery tag that improves search ranking, Buy Box performance, and buyer confidence. But choosing between Ship Yourself and Ship Third-Party, and setting it up correctly, raises real questions. InfiPlex helps configure and manage the program from the same OMS you use for every other channel. Below are the questions sellers ask us most.

Section 1 of 5 · Getting enrolled

TwoDay Program Enrollment & Setup

How enrollment works, and what InfiPlex handles for you.

What is the Walmart Free TwoDay Shipping Program?

It's a Walmart Marketplace program that displays a 2-Day delivery tag on eligible product listings, improving search ranking, filter inclusion, and Buy Box performance. It's a program layered onto your existing Marketplace account, not a separate seller account.

Who is eligible for the TwoDay program?

All Walmart Marketplace sellers are eligible to participate — there's no separate application or approval tier beyond your existing Marketplace seller account.

Section 2 of 5 · Fulfillment options

Ship Yourself vs. Ship Third-Party

The two ways to fulfill TwoDay orders, and how to mix them.

What's the difference between Ship Yourself and Ship Third-Party?

Ship Yourself means you fulfill TwoDay orders from your own warehouse, nationwide or regionally. Ship Third-Party routes orders through a Walmart-authorized nationwide fulfillment partner instead, which InfiPlex has a direct partnership with to help manage setup.

Can I mix Ship Yourself and Ship Third-Party?

Yes — InfiPlex can configure a mix of both options, plus SKUs not enrolled in the TwoDay program at all, so you fulfill certain SKUs from your own warehouse and others via the nationwide 3PL network.

Section 3 of 5 · Order flow

Order & Inventory Management

How TwoDay orders move through InfiPlex once the program is configured.

How do TwoDay orders get routed correctly?

InfiPlex is configured with your fulfillment preferences per SKU, so TwoDay orders route to your own warehouse or the Walmart-authorized 3PL automatically, based on how each product is set up.

Do 2-day orders ship via express carriers?

No — the system is configured so 2-day shipments actually ship using ground services with FedEx, UPS, or USPS, relying on network speed and placement rather than expedited/air service.

Section 4 of 5 · Program rules

Eligibility & Program Rules

What Walmart requires, and where to find the authoritative program details.

Section 5 of 5 · Plans & costs

InfiPlex Pricing & Plans

What setting up the TwoDay program with InfiPlex costs.

How much does InfiPlex charge to set up the TwoDay program?

The TwoDay program runs on top of your existing Walmart Marketplace connection, billed under your standard InfiPlex plan: Basic Starter is $49.99/month (2,000 SKUs, $0.50/order); Growth Starter is $499.99/month (10,000 SKUs, 1,000 orders included, $0.10/order after); Growth Pro is $999.99/month (100,000 SKUs, 10,000 orders included, $0.05/order after). How it works

How the InfiPlex Walmart TwoDay integration works

The Walmart Free TwoDay Shipping Program isn't a separate seller account — it's a program layered onto your existing Walmart Marketplace listings. You choose, per SKU, whether to Ship Yourself (nationwide or regionally), route through Walmart's nationwide Authorized Fulfillment Partner network (Ship Third-Party), or mix both alongside SKUs not enrolled in the program at all. InfiPlex routes each order accordingly and keeps inventory synced across every path.
