NetSuite + Amazon Integration: every Amazon order, booked in your ERP
InfiPlex connects Amazon to NetSuite through its approved SP-API app, covering FBM, FBA, SFP, and Amazon Custom orders across the US, Canada, Mexico, and Brazil. Orders land in NetSuite as sales orders on your regular sync cycle, fulfillment runs through your warehouses or 3PLs, and tracking flows back to Amazon automatically — with live FBA inventory in the same shared pool.

How this integration works
Amazon and NetSuite each want to be the center of gravity, and InfiPlex keeps them both honest. FBM orders pull through the approved SP-API connection and post into NetSuite as sales orders on your regular cycle, where your normal fulfillment process takes over, whether that's your own warehouse or a 3PL routed through NetSuite. Tracking reads back out of NetSuite and posts to Amazon automatically. FBA inventory stays live in the shared pool alongside your warehouse stock, so NetSuite's view of sellable inventory reflects what Amazon is actually holding.
