Amazon Today Set-up for Sellercloud

InfiPlex Inventory & Order Management System is fully integrated with Amazon Today and Sellercloud. InfiPlex provides full support for the initial integration and on-going support for your retail set-up with Amazon Today. This includes integration support for all of your connected stores.

This page outlines the set-up process for connecting InfiPlex with Sellercloud to manage your Amazon Today orders.

1. InfiPlex OMS Site Set-up
   After you sign-up for an InfiPlex Amazon Today Package, InfiPlex will set-up your InfiPlex OMS site, which will take 1-2 business days.
2. Amazon Today Integration Set-up
   With Adminstrative access to your InfiPlex OMS site, you can quickly connect your Amazon account using our Amazon SP-API App. Your Amazon Today account is connected to an Amazon Seller account or Amazon Vendor Central account.
3. InfiPlex Integration with Sellercloud
   The integration with Sellercloud requires the following information. InfiPlex Support will configure the initial integration for your Amazon Today - Sellercloud connection.
   • Sellercloud Team Name:
     - This is the Sellercloud team name for your account.
   • Sellercloud Login:
     - This is the Sellercloud login used to access the API. You can use info@infiplex.com to associate this login with your InfiPlex integration.
   • Sellercloud Password:
     - This is the Sellercloud password used to access the API.
   • Sellercloud Company ID:
     - This is the company orders will be associated to for Amazon Today orders.
   • Sellercloud location/warehouse ID and address:
     - May be be multiple locations depending on your Amazon Today set-up.
   • Sellercloud Order Automation Rules:
     - InfiPlex will configure the Automation Rules to be able to push orders to your Sellercloud account.
4. Inventory Set-up
   If you have multiple stores to manage for Amazon Today through Sellercloud, an SFTP inventory output file will need to be created to send us inventory levels that include the location/warehouse ID. Sellercloud's standard API's do not include the ability to pull inventory based on a location ID.
5. Set-up of Amazon Today SKUs
   InfiPlex will set-up your Amazon Today SKUs in InfiPlex to facilitate inventory updates from Sellercloud to Amazon Today. Your Amazon Today Team Leader will work with you to define your initial set of SKUs to be sold through Amazon Today.
6. Final Set-up and Amazon Today Order Testing
   InfiPlex will work with Amazon Today to accomplish any required testing and initial store traing for order processing. Once the initial configuration is complete you will be able to do full pre-launch testing with your Amazon Today Launch Team.

InfiPlex will continue provide support for the addition of new SKUs or store locations to your Amazon Today set-up. Contact your InfiPlex Project Manager with any ongoing questions or updates to your Amazon Today integration.
