What happens if I go over my plan's monthly orders?
You're never cut off; orders keep flowing and overages bill per order: $0.50 on Basic Starter, $0.10 on Growth Starter after 1,000 orders, and $0.05 on Growth Pro after 10,000. Example: 1,200 orders on Growth Starter is $499.99 plus 200 × $0.10, or $519.99 that month.
Is there a contract?
Basic Starter is month-to-month with no lock-in. Growth Starter, Growth Pro, and the 3PL Warehouse Connector each include an initial 3-month commitment and run month-to-month after that. Bulk 3PL pricing with a 1-year auto-renewing commitment is also available. Upgrades between plans take effect whenever you're ready.
What if my channel isn't listed?
Growth plans include new marketplace API integrations built in-house at no development cost: 2 per year on Growth Starter, 4 on Growth Pro. EDI retailers connect through our EDI-to-API bridge; new EDI connections include a setup fee, and we can often reduce or eliminate ongoing VAN costs.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. Move from Basic Starter to a Growth package whenever your volume grows. Past Growth Pro, our custom Growth Enterprise program handles 50,000+ orders a month with volume-based per-order pricing.
