Built for how you actually operate

Three ways in, one system underneath

Brands & Sellers

Selling across Amazon, Shopify, Walmart, eBay, and dozens more without a dedicated ops team. One dashboard replaces the spreadsheet-and-browser-tab juggling most sellers start with.

3PLs & Warehouses

Managing inventory, orders, and shipping across multiple client brands and their channels from a single warehouse operation, without standing up a separate system for every account.

Enterprise & ERP Teams

Connecting NetSuite or another ERP to real-time marketplace and EDI data, so the back office and the storefronts stay in sync without manual reconciliation.

Real channels, not a vague number

130+ integrations — here's a sample of what that means

Marketplaces

Amazon (Seller Central, Vendor Central, FBA, Multi-Channel Fulfillment), Walmart Marketplace, Wayfair, TikTok Shop, Temu, and dozens more.

Carts & ERP

Shopify as the DTC home base, plus NetSuite and other ERPs for back-office and accounting sync on Growth plans.

Shipping & Fulfillment

100+ carriers including UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS, plus 3PL and warehouse management system connections.

Orders pull in automatically about every 15 minutes; inventory syncs in real time across every connected channel so you don't oversell. See the full integration directory →

How it actually works

Four steps, not a quarter-long project

01

Connect what exists

Link your current marketplaces, carts, and EDI retailers — most existing integrations are live within days.

02

Map SKUs once

One mapping pass ties every channel's listing back to a single source of truth for stock and pricing.

03

Let the stock pool take over

From that point on, every sale, shipment, or return updates all connected channels automatically — no manual rekeying.

04

Missing a channel? It's queued

Tell us what's not on the list. On Growth plans, it goes into the build queue at no additional development cost.

Sound familiar?

Three problems that send people looking for something else

"We sold units we didn't have."

The fix: one stock pool updates every channel the moment anything sells, ships, or arrives — including FBA and 3PL-held inventory.

"Someone rekeys orders every morning."

The fix: orders from every marketplace, EDI retailer, and your store flow into one queue and out to the right warehouse automatically.

"Our EDI provider bills us like it's 1995."

The fix: the InfiPlex Bridge turns EDI trading-partner requirements into a standard API connection, so you serve EDI retailers without running EDI infrastructure yourself.

One platform, every volume

Your first hundred orders. Or a hundred million syncs.

InfiPlex runs the same platform for every client on it, from operations shipping their first hundred orders to clients syncing 100M+ inventory changes a month. Nobody outgrows it, and nobody is too early for it.

Three different clients. Three real volumes. One platform.

One client
100M+ inventory changes synced a month
3.3M+ a day 38 a second

One account keeping counts accurate across its channels and warehouses, around the clock.

Another client
30,000+ orders shipped a month
1,000+ a day every channel, one queue

Marketplaces, carts, and EDI retailers flowing through one order queue and multiple warehouses.

A brand-new client
100 orders in their first month
from $49.99 a month live in days

Same platform as the two clients above, at every plan level, so growing never means migrating.

How one platform stretches that far

Scale on InfiPlex is configuration, not migration. The same six capabilities carry an account from its first order to its hundred-millionth sync, used lightly at first and heavily later.

Multi-warehouse routingRoute each channel to the warehouses that should serve it. One location on day one, a 3PL network later, same rules engine. How order routing works.
Per-channel inventory buffersHold stock back on the channels with the harshest stockout penalties and sell deeper on the rest, down to set-to-zero thresholds per SKU. See inventory sync.
EDI documents, generatedPurchase orders in, acknowledgments, ship notices, and invoices out, built from real order and shipment data instead of typed by hand. See how Target's documents work.
Batch everythingShip, label, and update orders in batches from the order list, so a thousand-order day takes the same screens as a ten-order day.
Rate-managed channel syncEvery marketplace caps API calls differently. InfiPlex batches and paces updates per channel, which is how 100M+ monthly changes stay inside every limit. How multichannel sync works.
One REST API over everythingWhen you outgrow clicking entirely, the InfiPlex Data Bridge exposes every connected channel through one JSON API with Bearer-token auth.

Individual InfiPlex clients sync more than 100,000,000 inventory changes per month and ship more than 30,000 orders per month, on the same platform new clients join at $49.99 per month with pricing published in full.

Scale questions, answered

Can InfiPlex handle enterprise order and inventory volume?

Yes. Individual InfiPlex clients sync more than 100 million inventory changes a month, a sustained rate of about 38 updates per second, with API calls batched and paced per marketplace so every channel stays inside its rate limits.

Is InfiPlex only for high-volume operations?

No. Plenty of clients start around 100 orders a month on published pricing from $49.99 a month, with no implementation fees on standard connections, and grow from there on the same platform.

Do growing clients need to migrate to a bigger platform?

No. Scale on InfiPlex is configuration rather than migration: multi-warehouse routing, per-channel inventory buffers, batch operations, generated EDI documents, and a REST API are on every account from day one, used lightly at first and heavily later.

FAQ

The questions sellers actually ask

What makes InfiPlex different from other order management systems?

Published pricing with no sales call, most integrations connecting in days rather than months, and any missing marketplace connection built at no additional development cost on Growth plans — two builds a year on Growth Starter, four on Growth Pro.

How much does InfiPlex cost?

Basic Starter is $49.99/mo with no included orders. Growth Starter is $499.99/mo with 1,000 orders included. Growth Pro is $999.99/mo with 10,000 orders included and free new marketplace integrations. All tiers include unlimited connections to 130+ marketplaces, carts, and EDI retailers.

What happens if InfiPlex doesn't support a channel I need?

Tell us what you need. On Growth plans, it goes into our programming queue and gets built at no additional development cost — not quoted as custom work.

How long does onboarding take?

Most existing integrations connect in days: link your channels, map SKUs once, set routing rules — inventory starts self-correcting across every channel from there.

Is support based in the US?

Yes — support and programming are both US-based, and InfiPlex is an approved app on the Amazon Selling Partner Appstore, an AWS Select Technology Partner, and a Walmart, Wayfair, and Shopify integration partner.

Does InfiPlex connect to an ERP or accounting system?

Yes — Growth Pro and Growth Enterprise plans include ERP connections such as NetSuite, keeping back-office records in sync with real-time marketplace and EDI data.

Is InfiPlex a good fit for a 3PL managing multiple client brands?

Yes — InfiPlex is used by 3PLs and warehouse operators to manage inventory, orders, and shipping across multiple client brands from a single system rather than separate tooling per account.

Is there a free trial?

Basic Starter has no long-term commitment, so you can start and stop as needed. Growth plans require a 3-month commitment. Check the current pricing page for any trial terms in effect.

What's the cancellation policy?

Basic Starter is month-to-month with no annual lock-in. Growth Starter and Growth Pro require a 3-month commitment; the 3PL Warehouse Connector and Growth Enterprise require 12 months.

Does InfiPlex handle customer returns?

Returns and restocks update the same central stock pool as sales and shipments, so inventory reflects a return the moment it's processed across every connected channel.

Every channel you sell on. Every channel you will.

Connect what exists today. Queue what doesn't.
