All Your Warehouses. Every Channel. Zero Oversells.
InfiPlex pulls inventory from whatever you already trust, your ERP, your 3PLs, or your own uploads, keeps every warehouse's own count, and pushes the right combined number to Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, TikTok Shop, and 100+ other channels, as fast as each one allows. Down to choosing which marketplace is allowed to sell your very last unit.
Sound familiar?
The three inventory problems we hear most, and what happens to each one.
“Two channels sold our last unit in the same minute.”
The fix: one pool, updated the moment any channel sells. Every other channel gets the new number automatically, so the same unit can't be promised twice.
“Our ERP and our 3PL never agree on the numbers.”
The fix: they don't have to share one. Each warehouse gets its own source of truth, your ERP for the warehouses it runs, your 3PL's live counts for theirs, combined into one pool.
“We zero out listings early just to be safe.”
The fix: per-SKU buffers hold back the last units automatically, and you decide which single marketplace is still allowed to sell them. No more leaving money on the table on every channel at once.
Live in three steps
No re-platforming, no changing where your inventory truth already lives.
Connect your sources
Turn on your ERP, 3PLs, storefronts, or file feeds at Settings and Integrations. Each one is its own switch, with its own rules.
Point each warehouse at its truth
Every warehouse gets exactly one job: mirror the ERP, hold the 3PL's counts, or take your direct numbers. Mix them however your operation actually runs.
Every channel stays current
InfiPlex pushes the right number to every connected channel automatically, with your buffers, thresholds, and per-channel rules applied on the way out.
One pool never means one warehouse
Every warehouse keeps its own count and its own source of truth. The pool is simply what your channels read. Three ways to feed it, chosen per warehouse, mixed freely.
Your ERP stays in charge
NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, Cin7, and more stay the master. InfiPlex mirrors their numbers, warehouse-matched or totaled, and distributes them to every channel. Your ERP team never touches a marketplace.
Your 3PL's counts, everywhere
Amazon FBA, Wayfair Castlegate, KeHE, Ryder, and 20+ more fulfillment services feed their live counts into their own warehouses in InfiPlex, so what they can actually ship is what your channels actually sell.
Or set it directly
No external system required. Set inventory through the InfiPlex API, a CSV upload, or right in the web interface, and it syncs everywhere the same way.
And they mix. One real client runs their ERP as master for five warehouses while a fulfillment provider feeds two more, on the same account, synced to every channel together.
Choose which marketplace sells your last unit
This is the part nobody else does well.
Set a per-SKU buffer, and every channel stops selling while a few units still remain, except the one marketplace you exclude. That channel sees the true count and sells to zero. Sellers pick it per SKU based on what actually matters: the lowest fees, the fastest sell-through, or the marketplace with the gentlest oversell penalties. See exactly how the buffer works, down to the file format.
Control exactly what every channel is told
Outbound is a set of per-channel, per-SKU decisions, not one global switch.
Scope any channel
By default every channel gets the combined total across your warehouses. Any channel can instead be scoped to one warehouse's count, set on that channel's own page.
Map warehouse to warehouse
Amazon, TikTok, Walmart, and Wayfair support multiple warehouses on their side, so InfiPlex maps yours to theirs: many to many, one to many, or many to one.
Gate it per SKU
Sold On flags decide which SKUs get inventory sent to each marketplace at all, in bulk, by CSV or pasted list. Nothing moves for a SKU you haven't flagged.
As fast as each channel allows, honestly
Sync speed claims are easy. Here's how it actually works.
Instant where webhooks exist
Channels like Shopify support webhooks, so those updates land essentially the moment they happen.
Every 15 minutes on most
Most connections support pulling just the changes, so InfiPlex syncs both directions every 15 minutes, and as aggressively as each connection safely allows.
Honest about the rest
A few channels only update once a day, on their side. Nothing can make those faster, so InfiPlex works them on their own schedule instead of pretending otherwise.
Inventory sync questions
Can my ERP stay the source of truth for inventory?
Yes. NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, and other ERPs stay the master. InfiPlex pulls their numbers, matched warehouse to warehouse or totaled into one, and pushes them to every connected channel automatically.
How do I stop overselling my last few units?
Two levers. A per-channel set-to-zero threshold tells a channel 0 once inventory drops to your cutoff. A per-SKU buffer holds back the final units from every channel except the one marketplace you choose as the sell-out channel, so only it sells you to zero.
Can I mix an ERP master with 3PL-fed warehouses?
Yes. The inventory source is chosen per warehouse, so one account can run an ERP as master for some warehouses while fulfillment services feed others. One real client runs an ERP across five warehouses with a fulfillment provider feeding two more.
Can one marketplace get only one warehouse's inventory?
Yes. Outbound sync is a per-channel choice: the combined total by default, or one specific warehouse's count only, set on that channel's integration page.
Can InfiPlex send different counts to a marketplace's own warehouses?
Yes. Amazon, TikTok, Walmart, and Wayfair support multiple warehouses on their side, so InfiPlex maps warehouses to warehouses: many to many, one to many, or many to one.
How fast does InfiPlex sync inventory?
As fast as each connection allows: essentially instant where webhooks exist, like Shopify, and every 15 minutes in both directions on most other connections. Channels that only update daily are handled on their own schedule.
What if my 3PL or system isn't on the list?
InfiPlex pulls inventory from 49 named sources today, ERPs, 3PLs, WMS platforms, storefronts, and files, and the list keeps growing. If yours isn't there yet, ask. New integrations are built for you at no extra cost on Growth plans.
Stop babysitting inventory.
Every warehouse counted, every channel current, and your last unit sold exactly where you want it sold.
