How the InfiPlex ZhenHub integration works
Think of ZhenHub as the warehouse execution layer, and InfiPlex as the layer above it that aggregates every sales channel into one order queue and keeps inventory accurate across all of them. InfiPlex sends orders that are ready to fulfill over to ZhenHub, your warehouse or fulfillment partner picks, packs, and ships them using ZhenHub's platform, and InfiPlex pushes the resulting tracking back out to whichever marketplace or storefront the order came from.
