Product Data Management

Update Your Product Data Once. InfiPlex Publishes It Everywhere.

InfiPlex pulls product data from the webstore, ERP, or PIM you already run — Shopify, Magento, NetSuite, or another system — and automatically publishes it to every marketplace you sell on, mapped to each channel’s own category requirements, with your own pricing and shipping rules applied along the way.

From Your Data Source to Every Marketplace

The same setup runs whether you're publishing a couple thousand SKUs or upwards of a hundred thousand.

Your webstore or cart and your ERP or existing PIM flow into the InfiPlex Product Data Engine, which applies category mapping, pricing rules, and shipping rules, then publishes to marketplaces and 130+ more channels. Product data flows in from the source you already run, gets mapped and priced for each marketplace's requirements, and publishes out — then keeps running automatically as your source data changes.

Identify Your Data Source

Start with the webstore, ERP, or PIM you already run — Shopify, Magento, NetSuite, BigCommerce, or another system. InfiPlex pulls directly from it, so there's no second system to maintain.

Map Your Product Categories

Amazon, Walmart, and every other marketplace define their own required fields by category. InfiPlex maps your data to what each one expects, and you can still add or adjust individual SKUs by hand whenever you need to.

Choose What Ships Where

Decide which products go to which marketplaces — usually driven by settings already inside your source data, so you keep working the way you already do.

Set Pricing Rules

Apply pricing rules by marketplace or by category, or send your existing pricing through as-is. The same rules engine can set a selling price straight from manufacturer or distributor cost data.

Set Shipping Rules

Adjust shipping costs for individual marketplaces so every listing posts with the correct price and shipping values from the moment it goes live.

Why Sellers Automate Their Product Data

Once the rules are set, keeping every marketplace current stops being a manual job.

Update It Once

Change a price, description, or image in your source system, and InfiPlex carries it to every connected marketplace — no re-keying the same product six times.

Fewer Rejected Listings

Category-specific mapping catches mismatched or missing fields before they turn into a rejected listing or a suppressed product page.

Manual Overrides, When You Need Them

Automation handles the volume. You can still add a product or adjust a single SKU by hand at any time.

Pricing Rules That Follow Your Cost

Set marketplace- or category-specific pricing rules, including cost-plus pricing pulled straight from manufacturer or distributor data.

Scales From Thousands to 100,000+ SKUs

The same rules engine that handles a few thousand SKUs keeps running at 20,000, 50,000, or upwards of a hundred thousand.

A Team That Sets It Up With You

InfiPlex's USA-based team works through each marketplace's category requirements with you — not just a spec sheet to interpret on your own.

One-Time Setup, Per Marketplace

Automated Product Data Management requires a one-time setup fee for each marketplace and product category group you connect, starting at $1,500. The exact cost depends on how many categories you sell in and how different their data requirements are from each other — a single, simple category costs less to configure than ten categories that each have their own required fields.

Setup covers the category mapping and the pricing and shipping rules described above. Once it's in place, new SKUs from your existing source flow through automatically, whether that's a couple thousand, twenty thousand, or up to a hundred thousand.

Automated Product Data Management FAQs

The questions sellers ask most before automating their product data.

What data sources can InfiPlex pull product data from?

Shopify, Magento, NetSuite, BigCommerce, WooCommerce, or another existing PIM, ERP, or webstore. If your system isn't listed, ask — InfiPlex connects to most platforms with an API or a standard product feed.

How does InfiPlex handle different data requirements across marketplaces?

Every marketplace category has its own required and optional fields. InfiPlex maps your source data to each marketplace's requirements during setup, so products publish with the fields each channel actually expects.

Can I still edit individual products by hand?

Yes. Automation handles the bulk of it, but you can add a new product or update a single SKU manually at any time without disrupting the automated flow.

How does pricing work across different marketplaces?

You can apply pricing rules by marketplace or by product category, or send your existing pricing through as-is. The same rules engine supports cost-plus pricing pulled directly from manufacturer or distributor data.

What does setup cost, and why does it vary?

Setup starts at $1,500 per marketplace and is based on the actual time it takes to configure the connection and the category-specific rules involved. More categories — or categories with very different data requirements — take more time to configure and cost more.

Is this included in my plan, or is it something extra?

Automated Product Data Management is included as a feature of Growth Pro and Growth Enterprise — there's no separate software fee. The one-time setup fee per marketplace is billed separately from your monthly plan.

How many SKUs can this handle?

Growth Pro includes dedicated resources for up to 100,000 SKUs. Growth Enterprise removes the limit entirely for sellers running larger catalogs or more than 50,000 orders a month — contact InfiPlex for Enterprise pricing.

Can InfiPlex manage my shipping settings too?

Yes. Shipping rules are set per marketplace as part of setup, so shipping costs and options post correctly on every channel from the start.
