When an Etsy inventory update fails, the message usually points to one setting on the listing itself. This article covers the error InfiPlex sees most often.
Etsy Error: One offering must have quantity greater than 0
This means the listing is not set up to track inventory by variation. Without that setting, InfiPlex cannot update a variant's inventory. In the listing editor, confirm Quantities vary for each variation is checked; Etsy's variations walkthrough shows the setting at about the 1:00 mark.
