Order Filters let you build reusable rules for sorting and selecting orders. Once saved, a filter can be applied from the main Order listing page and reused anywhere InfiPlex lets you scope orders — including reports.
Where to Set Them Up
Settings > Order Filters
Filter Structure
Each Order Filter has:
- Name — a descriptive name for the filter.
- Description — shown only in the Order Filter list, for your own reference.
- Filter 1 - 5 — up to 5 filter rows, combined together. An order must match every row to appear in the results.
Each row follows the same pattern: Field > Criteria > Value.

Equals, Does Not Equal, Is Blank, Starts With, Ends With, Contains

Wayfair - Special SKUs
Order Source Equals Wayfair, Requested Shipping Service Equals UPS 2nd Day Air, SKU List In Comma List special_1, special_2.
→ Returns Wayfair orders shipping UPS 2nd Day Air that contain either special SKU.
Heavy Amazon Orders - East
Total Weight (oz) Is Greater Than 200, Order Source Equals Amazon, Postal Code Starts With 1, Order Additional Info amazon_fulfillment_channel Equals mfn, Warehouse Identifier In Comma List new_york, florida.
→ Returns seller-fulfilled (MFN) Amazon orders over 200 oz, shipping from the New York or Florida warehouses, to postal codes starting with 1.
