Section 1 of 5 · Getting connected

FSI Fulfillment Integration & Setup

How the InfiPlex FSI connection works, and what it's actually for.

What is the InfiPlex FSI Fulfillment integration?

The InfiPlex FSI integration connects an FSI-managed warehouse to the InfiPlex Inventory & Order Management System. InfiPlex aggregates orders from every sales channel you run, sends fulfillment-ready orders to FSI, and pushes the resulting tracking back out to the originating marketplace — all while managing real-time inventory sync across channels that FSI alone doesn't handle.

How do I connect FSI to InfiPlex?

Setup is quick and simple: our USA-based team works with you and your FSI account contacts to establish the connection during onboarding. There's nothing to install and no developer needed on your end.

Section 2 of 5 · How they connect

How Orders Flow Between InfiPlex & FSI

The mechanics of what moves where, and why it's organized this way.

How does an order get from InfiPlex to FSI?

Once an order is ready to ship, InfiPlex sends it to FSI, which then handles picking, packing, kitting where applicable, and shipping according to your existing fulfillment agreement.

Section 3 of 5 · Warehouse execution

Kitting, Dropshipping & Omnichannel Fulfillment

What FSI handles once an order reaches it, and how that data returns to InfiPlex.

Does FSI support kitting and assembly?

Yes — FSI's services include kitting and assembly alongside standard pick, pack, and ship; InfiPlex sends the underlying order and receives the fulfillment confirmation without needing to manage the kitting logic directly.

Does FSI support dropshipping specifically?

Yes — dropshipping is one of FSI's core service offerings; InfiPlex's order routing works the same way for dropship fulfillment as it does for standard warehouse-held inventory.

What happens to returns processed through FSI?

Return status and receiving data from FSI can flow back through InfiPlex to update the order record and, where applicable, adjust inventory once a return is received back into stock.

Section 4 of 5 · Which to use

When to Use FSI vs. InfiPlex's Built-In Fulfillment

Both are available — here's how sellers typically decide.

Do I need FSI if I use InfiPlex?

No — InfiPlex includes its own order and shipping workflow across 100+ carriers, so FSI isn't required. This integration exists for sellers who already fulfill through FSI's Atlanta-based warehouse network.

Why would I use FSI instead of a different fulfillment setup?

FSI's Atlanta location reaches 80% of the US within two days using economical ground shipping, which can suit brands prioritizing that specific coverage. InfiPlex's value in that case is the multichannel order aggregation and inventory sync layered on top.

Section 5 of 5 · Plans & costs

How it works

How the InfiPlex FSI integration works

If your brand fulfills through an FSI-managed warehouse, InfiPlex becomes the layer that feeds it clean, aggregated demand: every sales channel you run pulls into one InfiPlex queue, fulfillment-ready orders flow to FSI, and shipment confirmations plus inventory levels flow back — all reconciled against a single inventory pool that also covers any channel or location FSI itself isn't involved with.

The InfiPlex FSI sync rail: orders ready to fulfill flow from the OMS into your FSI-managed warehouse; FSI returns shipment confirmations and inventory levels; and InfiPlex pushes tracking out to whichever sales channel the order came from — while inventory stays reconciled across every connected channel in one pool.
