InfiPlex Inventory & Order Management System (OMS) connects directly to your Walmart Canada supplier account. Once connected, InfiPlex pulls Walmart Canada orders, sends tracking back when you ship, and keeps Walmart Canada inventory in step with your other channels. Get Your Walmart Canada API Credentials
Walmart Canada uses Walmart Digital Signature Authentication, so the connection needs a Consumer ID and a Private Key.
- In your Walmart Canada Supplier Center, click the gear icon in the top right, open Administrator Options, and choose API Credentials.
- Generate the Consumer ID and Private Key. Walmart's Canada API credentials article covers the screen in detail.
Walmart Canada Settings in InfiPlex
- Log into your InfiPlex OMS site and go to Settings > Base Settings > Walmart.
- walmart_consumer_id: the Consumer ID
- walmart_secret_key: the Private Key
- walmart_marketplace_region: Canada
- walmart_pull_orders: set to Yes to pull Walmart Canada orders into the OMS
- walmart_pull_orders_from_date: leave blank to start from the moment the keys are active, or enter a date such as 03/01/2026 to pull older orders
- walmart_send_tracking_numbers: set to Yes to send tracking back to Walmart Canada when an order ships
- walmart_sow_enabled: set to Yes to enable the Sell On Walmart tools
- walmart_dsv_enabled: No (drop ship vendor tools are for the Walmart US DSV program)
- walmart_dsv_ship_node: leave blank, DSV only
- walmart_return_alert_email: address(es) that receive Walmart return alerts, separated by semicolons
- walmart_cancel_alert_email: address(es) that receive Walmart cancel alerts, separated by semicolons
- Save. InfiPlex starts checking Walmart Canada for new orders on the next cycle.

Add your Walmart Canada SKUs to InfiPlex with the product upload and assign them to your Walmart Canada account. From then on InfiPlex keeps the Walmart Canada quantity in step with every other channel.
