InfiPlex Inventory & Order Management System (OMS) pushes inventory only to the marketplaces a SKU is flagged as sold on. New SKUs start with no flags. This guide covers the bulk method through the SKU Utilities tool; for day-to-day changes the Sold On page is the easier tool.
Step 1: Upload the SKUs
Add products with the Product Upload tool (Tools > Product Upload). Use inventory 0 for SKUs with no stock yet.
Step 2: Flag Them per Marketplace
Keep one SKU list file per marketplace so the flags are easy to refresh.
- On the Sell On page, open the marketplace's tab and click the orange button that clears every Sold On flag for that marketplace.
- Open the SKU Utilities tool, use the For Selected Sell On row, choose the marketplace, and upload the SKU list. Those SKUs are now flagged and inventory pushes to them.
