Zoro Integration FAQs: industrial & MRO orders, one shared inventory pool
Zoro is an online-only industrial and MRO (maintenance, repair, and operations) marketplace owned by W.W. Grainger, reaching businesses and consumers shopping for tools, equipment, and supplies. The InfiPlex™ Inventory & Order Management System (OMS) connects your Zoro seller account so orders pull in automatically, inventory stays synced with every other channel, and shipping runs through 100+ carriers or your 3PL.
The InfiPlex Zoro integration connects your Zoro seller account to the InfiPlex Inventory & Order Management System. Orders pull in automatically, inventory syncs in real time across every channel you sell on, and shipments route through your warehouse or a 3PL with tracking posted back to Zoro.
Setup is quick and simple: after you sign up for InfiPlex, our USA-based team provisions your OMS site within 1–2 business days and works with you to authorize the connection from your Zoro seller account. There's nothing to install and no developer needed.
Once your Zoro seller account is approved and active, most sellers are live on InfiPlex in 1–3 business days — the connection itself completes quickly, with the remaining time going to SKU mapping and shipping configuration.
Zoro operates as a subsidiary of W.W. Grainger, Inc. (NYSE: GWW), running as a separate, online-only marketplace brand distinct from Grainger's own direct sales channel — both serve overlapping industrial and MRO categories but as separate storefronts.
Seller onboarding for Zoro is handled directly with Zoro; requirements and categories accepted can vary, so confirm current details on Zoro's own site. Once your seller account is approved, InfiPlex connects it during your normal onboarding.
Section 2 of 5 · Order flow
Order Management & Shipping
How Zoro orders move into InfiPlex, out to fulfillment, and back with tracking.
InfiPlex pulls new orders from your Zoro seller account approximately every 15 minutes — faster if needed — landing in the same queue as your other connected channels, ready to pick, pack, and ship.
Yes — print labels across 100+ carriers, including UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS with Commercial Plus pricing, directly from the OMS. Tracking posts back to the Zoro order automatically.
Yes — the OMS routes Zoro orders to a connected 3PL or WMS via the 3PL Connector, with tracking and inventory reconciled automatically once the 3PL ships.
That's the core of the product: Zoro joins the same order queue as Amazon, eBay, and 130+ other integrations, so your team works from one screen instead of switching between seller portals.
Industrial and MRO products can carry specific packaging, labeling, or safety documentation requirements depending on category; confirm current requirements directly with Zoro, and our team can help configure your shipping workflow around them during onboarding.

Inventory Sync & Availability
How InfiPlex keeps Zoro inventory accurate against every other channel.
InfiPlex maintains one master inventory pool, and every sale on any channel — Zoro, Amazon, eBay, or a wholesale order — updates available quantities everywhere in real time, which is what prevents overselling.
Use the built-in Inventory Tool for direct edits, the Inventory Upload tool for spreadsheet-based changes, scheduled FTP feeds, or automated pulls from supplier systems. One update propagates to Zoro and every other connected channel.
Yes — the OMS tracks stock across multiple warehouse locations and 3PLs and routes each order to the right source based on your rules, useful for bulky or palletized industrial goods positioned regionally.
With the optional Product Information Management (PIM) system on Growth Pro, InfiPlex can automate product data flows to connected marketplaces. Our team scopes the Zoro listing data mapping during setup.
Section 4 of 5 · B2B growth
Growing an Industrial or MRO Business on Zoro
Where Zoro fits in a B2B-leaning channel mix, and how InfiPlex extends it.
Zoro's audience arrives specifically for tools, equipment, and business supplies, so category intent is built in — backed by Grainger's scale and reputation in the broader MRO distribution space, which suits suppliers already selling into that category elsewhere.
Many B2B and industrial sellers run Zoro alongside Amazon Business, both reaching business buyers, sharing the same inventory pool as any consumer-facing channels you also run.
Yes — InfiPlex integrates with NetSuite (Growth Pro) and QuickBooks Online, so Zoro orders and revenue flow into your system of record without re-keying.
Yes — InfiPlex handles retail EDI connections through the same hub as Zoro, often with significant EDI VAN cost savings if you also supply big-box retailers.
Order data — including quantities and any negotiated pricing that applied — flows into InfiPlex along with the rest of the order; pricing negotiation itself happens on Zoro's platform before the order reaches InfiPlex.
Yes — InfiPlex doesn't distinguish order handling by buyer type; consumer and business orders from Zoro flow through the same automated queue and inventory pool.
Section 5 of 5 · Plans & costs

Connect the rest of your stack
Pair Zoro with the systems you already run
InfiPlex connects Zoro with 130+ marketplaces, carts, shipping platforms, 3PLs, WMS, and ERP systems — and our Growth Packages include building new API integrations you need at no additional cost.
Zoro's buyer base skews toward industrial, MRO, and business-supply purchases — a genuinely different audience than general consumer marketplaces, and often a strong complement for suppliers already selling into that category elsewhere. InfiPlex connects your Zoro seller account so orders pull into the same queue as every other channel, ship through your warehouse or a 3PL, and reconcile against one real-time inventory pool.
The InfiPlex Zoro sync rail: orders from your Zoro seller account flow into the OMS, ship from your warehouse or 3PL, and return tracking to Zoro — while inventory stays reconciled across every other channel in one pool.
