How this integration works
Finale Inventory is a solid system of record for stock, but it doesn't pull orders from every marketplace on its own. InfiPlex closes that loop: new orders from your marketplaces flow into the OMS and are pushed into your Finale account automatically. When you pack and ship an order, InfiPlex sends the fulfillment and tracking information to the marketplace that placed it and writes the same tracking back into Finale, so neither system drifts from reality.
