Lowe's Marketplace Integration FAQs: home improvement reach, one shared inventory pool
Lowe's Marketplace launched in December 2024 and moved onto Mirakl in 2025, giving vetted sellers a place on Lowes.com alongside Lowe's own assortment for both DIY homeowners and Pros. The InfiPlex™ Inventory & Order Management System (OMS) connects your Lowe's Marketplace seller account so orders pull in automatically, inventory stays synced with every other channel, and shipping runs through 100+ carriers or your 3PL.
The InfiPlex Lowe's Marketplace integration connects your Lowe's Marketplace seller account to the InfiPlex Inventory & Order Management System. Orders pull in automatically, inventory syncs in real time across every channel you sell on, and shipments route through your warehouse or a 3PL with tracking posted back to Lowe's.
After you sign up, our USA-based team provisions your OMS site within 1–2 business days and walks you through generating an API key in your Lowe's Marketplace seller portal, which runs on Mirakl. Enter the key in InfiPlex, map your SKUs, and orders start flowing. Nothing to install and no developer needed.
Once your seller account is approved and your offers are live on Lowes.com, most sellers are running on InfiPlex in 1–3 business days. The connection itself completes in minutes; the remaining time goes to SKU mapping, warehouse assignment, and shipping configuration.
Lowe's vets every seller. You apply through the Lowe's Marketplace seller application, which runs on Mirakl Connect, then complete your seller profile, compliance review, and catalog upload before going live on Lowes.com. Existing Lowe's suppliers and new brands both go through it. Once approved, InfiPlex connects the account during your normal onboarding.
Lowe's has grown the marketplace from indoor and outdoor furniture, kitchen and bath, home décor, and power and hand tools into more categories across the home, spanning value to premium price points for both DIY homeowners and Pros. Approval depends on category fit and Lowe's seller vetting.
A vendor sells wholesale to Lowe's and receives EDI purchase orders; a marketplace seller lists on Lowes.com, sets the price, and ships to the customer. InfiPlex handles both, in the same queue. This page covers the marketplace side; the Lowe's vendor EDI integration covers 850/856/810 vendor flows.
Yes, that is the point of the OMS. Lowe's Marketplace joins Amazon, Wayfair, Home Depot, Shopify, and 130+ other connections on one order queue and one inventory pool.

Order Management, Shipping & Returns
How Lowe's Marketplace orders move into InfiPlex, out to fulfillment, and back with tracking, plus how in-store returns fit in.
InfiPlex pulls new orders from your Lowe's Marketplace seller account approximately every 15 minutes, faster if needed, and lands them in the same queue as your other connected channels, ready to pick, pack, and ship.
When you ship from InfiPlex, or when your 3PL or warehouse system confirms a shipment, InfiPlex posts the carrier and tracking number to the Lowe's order automatically. The customer sees shipping status on Lowes.com and your ship-confirmation metrics stay clean.
Print labels across 100+ carriers directly from the OMS, including UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS with Commercial Plus pricing, or hand orders to your 3PL and let their carriers ship. Lowe's Marketplace orders are home delivery, so oversized furniture and outdoor items can route to your LTL or freight workflow. Tracking flows back to Lowe's either way.
Yes. Routing rules send Lowe's orders to your own warehouse, or to ShipStation, ShipHero, Extensiv, or any partner connected through the 3PL Connector, by SKU, region, or inventory location.
Lowe's lets marketplace customers return items at any of its 1,700+ stores. Lowe's handles the return with the customer and records it against the order in your seller account. In InfiPlex you receive the returned units at your warehouse or 3PL and adjust stock from the OMS, which updates availability across every channel at once.
Lowe's sets seller performance standards in its marketplace agreement, including order acceptance and ship-confirmation timelines, and monitors performance on an ongoing basis. Pulling orders every 15 minutes and posting tracking automatically is what keeps those metrics where Lowe's expects them, without anyone watching a portal.
Yes. InfiPlex posts Lowe's orders into NetSuite as sales orders, or into QuickBooks Online, and reads fulfillment and tracking back, so finance sees the orders in the system of record instead of a portal export. ERP connections such as NetSuite are included on Growth Pro.
Section 3 of 5 · Stock accuracy
Inventory Sync & Product Catalog
How InfiPlex keeps the quantity Lowe's shows equal to the quantity you can ship.
InfiPlex holds one inventory pool. Every sale on Wayfair, Amazon, your webstore, or any other channel updates the quantity offered on Lowe's Marketplace in real time, and every Lowe's sale updates everywhere else. See how multichannel inventory sync works across the whole OMS.
InfiPlex pushes the new quantity to Lowe's as soon as it processes the change, and the displayed quantity updates as soon as Lowe's marketplace platform applies the offer update, typically within minutes.
Yes. Feed Lowe's a total across all warehouses and 3PLs, or limit its available quantity to specific locations, and route each order to the location that should ship it.
Most sellers build their Lowe's catalog through the seller account's catalog tools first. InfiPlex then maps each live offer to the matching OMS SKU and manages quantities and orders from there. Our team handles the mapping with you during onboarding.
Yes. Update quantities in the OMS by hand, by bulk import, from your ERP or WMS, or from a 3PL feed. InfiPlex pushes the result to Lowe's and every other channel.
Section 4 of 5 · Scaling up
Growing on Lowe's Marketplace
Where Lowe's Marketplace fits in a multichannel plan, and what to connect next.
Lowe's launched the marketplace in December 2024, moved it onto Mirakl in 2025 to scale faster, and has kept widening categories across the home. Marketplace purchases earn MyLowe's Rewards points and return to any of 1,700+ stores, which lowers the barrier for shoppers trying a brand they have not bought before. Seller density is still low compared with Amazon or Wayfair. For furniture, kitchen and bath, décor, tools, and outdoor brands, it is a channel worth adding now.
Yes. Lowe's Marketplace runs on Mirakl, and InfiPlex's Mirakl-based connection already powers marketplaces such as Best Buy Marketplace and Maisonette. If you sell, or plan to sell, on other Mirakl-operated marketplaces, ask us and we will scope the connection with you.
Wayfair, Home Depot, Amazon, and Walmart Marketplace are the usual companions for home and hardware brands, with a DTC store on Shopify or BigCommerce. All of them share the same InfiPlex inventory pool.
Yes. The 3PL Connector runs client integrations on top of any Growth plan, so a 3PL can connect each client's Lowe's seller account, route orders into its WMS, and return tracking, client by client.
Yes. Spring outdoor season and holiday décor bring the same kind of spikes Lowe's stores see. Order pulls, inventory updates, and tracking posts are automated, so volume moves through the same queue at the same speed, and channel buffers keep hot SKUs from overselling.

Once your seller account is approved, InfiPlex connects it alongside your existing channels within days.
How the InfiPlex Lowe's Marketplace integration works
Lowe's Marketplace is a vetted, application-based marketplace running on Mirakl, and Lowe's holds sellers to the standard its own products set: accurate stock, on-time home delivery, tracking the customer can follow, and returns accepted at any of its 1,700+ stores. InfiPlex connects your Lowe's Marketplace seller account so orders pull into the same queue as every other channel, ship through your warehouse or a 3PL, and reconcile against one real-time inventory pool, with tracking posted back to Lowe's automatically. If you also sell to Lowe's as an EDI vendor, both order types land in the same queue.
The InfiPlex Lowe's Marketplace sync rail: orders from your Lowe's Marketplace seller account flow into the OMS, ship from your warehouse or 3PL, and return tracking to Lowe's, while inventory stays reconciled across every other channel in one pool.
