NetSuite + Walmart Integration: Marketplace orders, booked in your ERP
InfiPlex is an approved Walmart Solutions Provider, connecting Walmart Marketplace to NetSuite over Walmart's Seller API with OAuth 2.0. Orders pull about every 15 minutes with automatic acknowledgment and post into NetSuite as sales orders, inventory pushes in real time totaled or 1:1 by warehouse, and tracking reads back out of NetSuite to Walmart automatically.

How this integration works
Walmart Marketplace expects fast acknowledgment and accurate tracking, and your finance team expects the orders in NetSuite, not a portal export. InfiPlex, as an approved Walmart Solutions Provider, pulls Marketplace orders about every 15 minutes, acknowledges them automatically, and posts them into NetSuite as sales orders. Inventory pushes to Walmart in real time, either totaled across warehouses or mapped 1:1 by location, and once NetSuite creates a fulfillment, InfiPlex reads the tracking back and posts it to Walmart to keep your seller metrics intact. TwoDay, Walmart.ca, and Walmart Business run through the same connection.
