InfiPlex Inventory & Order Management System (OMS) connects directly to your Tanga.com vendor account. Once connected, InfiPlex pulls Tanga orders, sends tracking back when you ship, and keeps Tanga inventory in step with your other channels.
Before You Start
You need an existing Tanga vendor account. If you do not sell on Tanga yet, apply for a Tanga vendor account first.
Tanga Set-up Steps
- Open the Tanga settings in your OMS. Log into your InfiPlex OMS site and go to Settings > Integrations > Tanga.
- tanga_vendor_id: your Tanga vendor ID
- tanga_user_name: the username you use to sign into the Tanga vendor portal
- tanga_password: the password for that Tanga login
- tanga_pull_orders: set to Yes to pull Tanga orders into the OMS
- tanga_send_tracking_numbers: set to Yes to send tracking back to Tanga when an order ships
- tanga_sot_enabled: set to Yes to send inventory levels to Tanga for SKUs flagged as Sell On Tanga
- Save. InfiPlex starts checking Tanga for new orders on the next cycle.
Inventory on Tanga
Inventory updates go only to SKUs flagged as sold on Tanga. Add your Tanga SKUs to InfiPlex and set them as Sold On Tanga. Tanga deals move fast, so most vendors also set a buffer with the Inventory Buffer tool to stop oversells while a deal is live.
