TikTok Shop Order Tour: Watch a Bundle Order Ship Through a 3PL

A TikTok Shop order for one beauty bundle, start to finish, on real screens from a live InfiPlex account: the bundle explodes into its component SKUs, ships through a VeraCore-run 3PL, and syncs back to TikTok as the single item TikTok expects, with one tracking number. Twenty minutes, order to tracking, in the timestamps. No signup, full written version below.

Every step, in writing

The same ten screens as the walkthrough above, with what's actually happening on each one.

1. The bundle is defined once

The Beauty Bundle Lip Balm is one sellable SKU, example_bundle_sku_1, built from two components at quantity 2 each. Note the two rules above the components: when bundle stock drops to 2, InfiPlex automatically builds 3 more from component inventory. You set this up once and never assemble a bundle count by hand again.

2. Every bundle in one list

The Bundles page shows each bundle SKU, its components with quantities, the warehouse it builds from, and its auto-create rules. This is the entire bundle catalog view; the beauty bundle from step 1 sits at the top with its two lip balms.

3. The TikTok Shop order lands in the queue

Order 104374 arrives from TikTok Shop for one Example Beauty Bundle at $29.90, pulled automatically with the ship-to, the requested UPS Ground shipping, and totals filled in. It lands in the same queue as every other channel, and you can already see the VeraCore fulfillment tag on the order waiting to push.

4. The bundle explodes into components

The timestamped note is the receipt: one Example Beauty Bundle became example_lip_balm_1 at quantity 2 and example_lip_balm_2 at quantity 2, sent to VeraCore FBV for shipment. The 3PL gets the components it actually has to pick; TikTok never needs to know the bundle is two SKUs on a shelf.

5. Pushed to VeraCore, with the logs to prove it

Two log entries: the order queued to VeraCore at 10:03 pm, the same minute it was saved, with the component SKUs and the 3PL's warehouse ID in the payload, then sent successfully at 10:13 pm. Nobody emailed the warehouse a spreadsheet.

6. Shipped, and repackaged as the one item TikTok expects

VeraCore ships, InfiPlex pulls tracking number 77722233334444 back and builds the package, and here's the detail that matters: the package reads Example Beauty Bundle, 1 shipped. The components went to the warehouse, but the confirmation is translated back into bundle language, because a single bundle item is what TikTok Shop sold and what it understands.

7. Tracking goes back to TikTok Shop

The note logs it plainly: tracking number 77722233334444 sent to TikTok, at 10:23 pm. Order saved at 10:03, shipped and confirmed back to the channel twenty minutes later, with every step timestamped in between.

8. Bundle inventory, per warehouse, one total

The bundle SKU itself is stocked and counted like any product: 15 in the West warehouse, 9 in the Midwest, 5 East, 7 in Canada, one total of 36 everywhere it's asked. Bundles route by warehouse just like regular SKUs, and the auto-create rule from step 1 keeps these counts fed from component stock.

9. Every bundle movement has a paper trail

The per-SKU log shows this order taking its 1 bundle, alongside the bundle's creation and every manual adjustment, each with a date, quantity, and reason. When a count looks off, you read the trail instead of guessing.

10. The entire connection is one settings page

Everything you just watched runs off a single TikTok Shop settings page: pull orders, send tracking numbers, sync inventory, plus an inventory-to-zero threshold that keeps low-stock items from overselling. Toggle, connect, done.

TikTok Shop bundle fulfillment FAQ

Can I sell bundles and kits on TikTok Shop?

Yes, and this is the workflow built for it. You list one bundle SKU on TikTok Shop, and when it sells, InfiPlex explodes it into the component SKUs your warehouse actually picks, exactly as shown in step 4 of this tour. The shipment confirmation is then translated back into the single bundle item TikTok expects, with one tracking number. Bundles are defined once, with components and quantities, and an auto-create rule can keep building new bundle stock from component inventory whenever the count runs low, so kits, gift sets, and multipacks stay sellable without anyone doing assembly math.

Can my 3PL fulfill my TikTok Shop orders?

Yes. In this tour the order pushed to a 3PL running VeraCore, queued the same minute the order arrived, with tracking pulled back automatically. The same connection pattern works for 3PLs running 3PL Central, Logiwa, ShipHero, ShipStream, and Snapfulfil, plus a long list of named fulfillment services. For bundle orders specifically, the 3PL receives the component SKUs it has on the shelf, not a parent SKU it's never heard of, which is exactly the detail that breaks bundle fulfillment on most platforms.

How does bundle inventory actually work?

The bundle SKU carries its own inventory, stocked per warehouse and totaled across them like any product, with a full per-movement log, which you can see in steps 8 and 9. When a bundle sells, the bundle count decrements and the components ship. The auto-create rule rebuilds bundle stock from components when the count hits your minimum, and the inventory-to-zero threshold on the settings page keeps near-out items from overselling on TikTok. Every count every channel sees comes from the same numbers. The full picture is in the multichannel inventory sync overview.

What does this cost and how long does setup take?

InfiPlex plans start at $49.99/month, and pricing is public on the pricing page, no sales call required to see it. TikTok Shop connects in days, not months, because the integration already exists and setup is the settings page in step 10. TikTok Shop is one of 130+ channels and platforms in the integrations directory, and the product tour hub has live walkthroughs for Amazon and AliExpress if you want to watch other flows. The free demo runs InfiPlex against your actual channels.
