True Value runs a standard retail EDI vendor relationship serving thousands of independent hardware stores, lumberyards, and home centers — purchase orders arrive for distribution center replenishment, and suppliers confirm shipments and invoice electronically within required timing windows. InfiPlex pulls True Value purchase orders into the same queue as your other retailers, generates the ASN and invoice documents on time, and keeps your inventory synced so you never commit stock you can't ship.

Automatic Order Routing
Seller SKUs are mapped to True Value SKUs to facilitate shipping by True Value. Orders are automatically routed to the associated True Value warehouse to fulfill the order.
Automatic Tracking Updates
InfiPlex automatically pulls order requests from your marketplaces and pushes appropriate SKU orders to True Value to be fulfilled. InfiPlex retrieves the shipping information from True Value to update the marketplace with the carrier tracking information to finalize the order.
Automatic Inventory Updates
InfiPlex OMS manages inventory updates directly with each marketplace. As orders are placed from any sales channel connected with InfiPlex, inventory updates are sent out. Inventory is also synced with the True Value as part of the dropship connection. This keeps your inventory levels accurate in real-time and helps eliminate overselling across multiple marketplaces.
