Amazon creates one purchase order per customer order and expects it acknowledged within 24 hours, shipped by its requiredShipDate on the ship method Amazon chose, confirmed within four hours of shipping, and invoiced after. Every one of those is measured by Amazon's systems and priced as a chargeback when missed. InfiPlex runs each step as an event, not a batch: the PO is acknowledged the moment it is pulled, against the same inventory pool your Seller Central, Walmart, and webstore orders draw from; the label comes from Amazon's own call and lands wherever you pack; the confirmation fires when the carrier scans the carton; the invoice posts when the order ships.   Every PO is accepted or rejected in full, automatically, against allocated stock in the shared pool. No review queue, no weekend gap, no floor denials from stock that was already sold elsewhere.

  Labels are created through Amazon's Direct Fulfillment Shipping API on the ship method Amazon specified, and delivered to your pack station, ShipStation, or your 3PL's WMS. No re-rating, no ship method mismatch.

• Ship Confirmations From the Scan

  The carrier manifest or WMS ship event posts the confirmation with every line, tracking, and estimated delivery, inside Amazon's four-hour window. Floor denials, when they happen, are reported correctly.

• Inventory Feeds Amazon Can Trust

  Available-to-sell pushes to Amazon as every channel sells, with per-SKU buffers on fast movers, so Amazon only sends orders you can fill.

• Invoices and Transaction Tracking

  Invoices post after shipment with the PO cost through the Payments API or EDI 810. Every asynchronous submission's transaction ID and status is kept, which is your chargeback dispute file.

• 3PL, WMS & ERP Ready

  Route DF orders to your own warehouse or to ShipStation, ShipHero, Extensiv, Logiwa, or any partner through the 3PL Connector, and post orders and invoices into NetSuite or QuickBooks Online.
