ShipStation + Amazon Vendor Central Integration: 1P orders, shipped on your terms
Vendor Central is Amazon's 1P program: Amazon buys wholesale and sends purchase orders, including Direct Fulfillment orders that ship straight to the end customer on Amazon's clock. InfiPlex pulls those POs through the SP-API about every 20 minutes, routes each to the right warehouse, and hands them to ShipStation for labels — then turns the tracking into the ASN and invoice documents Amazon requires.
How it works
How this integration works
Amazon Vendor Central runs on purchase orders rather than marketplace orders: Amazon issues an 850, expects an acknowledgment, and requires a compliant ASN and invoice for every shipment. Direct Fulfillment orders add time pressure since they ship to the end customer directly. ShipStation is excellent at labels but doesn't speak Vendor Central's document flow, so InfiPlex bridges: POs pull in through the SP-API connection (which also eliminates traditional EDI costs), route to the right warehouse, and arrive in ShipStation as normal orders. When the label prints, InfiPlex reads the tracking back and generates the 856 ASN and 810 invoice to Amazon automatically.
