InfiPlex Inventory & Order Management System (OMS) connects to your Bonanza.com seller account through the InfiPlex Bonanza app. Once connected, InfiPlex pulls Bonanza orders, sends tracking back when you ship, and keeps Bonanza inventory in step with your other channels.
Before You Start
You need an existing Bonanza seller account. If you do not sell on Bonanza yet, sign up for a Bonanza seller account first.
Bonanza Quick Set-up
The quick set-up uses the InfiPlex Bonanza app, so there are no developer credentials to create. You log into Bonanza once and grant InfiPlex access to your account's API connection.
- Open the Bonanza settings in your OMS. Log into your InfiPlex OMS site and go to Settings > Integrations > Bonanza.
- bonanza_dev_id: leave blank to use the InfiPlex Bonanza app
- bonanza_cert_id: leave blank to use the InfiPlex Bonanza app
- bonanza_auth_token: leave blank and click the connect to Bonanza link. Bonanza opens a window asking you to log in and approve InfiPlex OMS access. The token fills in automatically.
- bonanza_pull_orders: set to Yes to pull Bonanza orders into the OMS
- bonanza_send_tracking_numbers: set to Yes to send tracking back to Bonanza when an order ships
- bonanza_sob_enabled: set to Yes to send inventory levels to Bonanza for SKUs flagged as Sell On Bonanza
- bonanza_sob_pricing_enabled: default No. Set to Yes only if you want InfiPlex to send pricing to Bonanza for those SKUs
- Save. InfiPlex starts checking Bonanza for new orders on the next cycle.
Inventory on Bonanza
Inventory updates go only to SKUs flagged as sold on Bonanza. Add your Bonanza SKUs to InfiPlex and set them as Sold On Bonanza, and InfiPlex keeps the Bonanza quantity in step with your other channels from then on. The Inventory Buffer tool lets you hold back units on Bonanza if you want a safety margin.
