A SKU that InfiPlex Inventory & Order Management System (OMS) knows as FBA (Fulfilled by Amazon) receives its inventory from Amazon. To switch that SKU to merchant fulfilled, so your own warehouse inventory drives the Amazon listing, remove the FBA association in both Seller Central and InfiPlex.
Steps
- In Seller Central: open the FBA Manage Inventory tab and delete or archive the SKU. Amazon stops sending FBA inventory for it to InfiPlex.
- In InfiPlex: go to Fulfillments > Amazon FBA and delete the SKU from the FBA tab. The SKU is now treated as seller fulfilled.
The SKU stays merchant fulfilled as long as its FBA inventory on Amazon remains at zero. From then on, InfiPlex sends your warehouse quantity to the Amazon listing the same way it does for every other channel.
