How this integration works

Bluestem requires vendors to transact through CommerceHub, so the integration runs through your CommerceHub OrderStream account rather than a direct marketplace API. InfiPlex reads orders, sends inventory, and posts tracking over CommerceHub's SFTP XML connection, treating Bluestem orders as standard orders in the same queue as everything else you sell. Your EDI document costs are billed through your CommerceHub account as usual; InfiPlex handles the automation on top of it.
