InfiPlex Inventory & Order Management System (OMS) connects to your Bluestem Brands vendor drop-ship account through CommerceHub OrderStream, using the CommerceHub SFTP XML connection for orders, inventory, and tracking. Bluestem Brands covers Fingerhut.com and its sister sites Appleseeds.com, Blair.com, and Drapers.com. Once connected, InfiPlex pulls Bluestem orders, sends tracking back when you ship, and keeps Bluestem inventory in step with your other channels.
Before You Start
- You need an approved Bluestem vendor account. If you do not have one, email suppliers@bluestembrands.com about becoming a Fingerhut supplier.
- Contact CommerceHub support and request the SFTP XML OrderStream integration for your Bluestem account. Tell them InfiPlex is your solution provider; they connect the account to InfiPlex for testing and production.
- CommerceHub requires a testing phase before the connection goes live. InfiPlex manages that testing for you; contact InfiPlex support for the one-time set-up fee.

Required Bluestem SKU Data
Every SKU sold through Bluestem needs its Bluestem merchant SKU number and description attached in InfiPlex, or inventory files fail validation. The Bluestem SKU Set-up guide walks through the upload.
Canceling Bluestem Orders
Canceling a Bluestem order in InfiPlex sends the cancel document to Bluestem through CommerceHub. Open the order detail page and click the orange Cancel button in the top right. A cancel cannot be undone.
