Target's vendor program has no onboarding grace period — you must be fully EDI-capable before your first live purchase order, and its OTFR compliance program measures on-time shipping and fill rate down to the percentage point, with fines calculated against cost of goods sold. InfiPlex pulls Target purchase orders into the same queue as your other retailers, generates the acknowledgment and ASN documents Target's timing windows require, and keeps your inventory synced so you never commit stock you can't ship.
