InfiPlex Inventory & Order Management System (OMS) connects directly to your Ecwid store. Once connected, InfiPlex pulls Ecwid orders, sends tracking back when you ship, and keeps Ecwid inventory in step with your marketplaces and other channels.
Before You Start
The Ecwid API is available on Ecwid's paid plans, so your Ecwid store needs a paid plan before it can connect to InfiPlex.
Step 1: Authorize InfiPlex and Get Your Keys
- Click here to authorize InfiPlex in Ecwid and log in with your main Ecwid admin account.
- Ecwid redirects you back to infiplex.com, where your Access Token and Store ID appear at the bottom of the page. Copy both.
Step 2: Ecwid Settings in InfiPlex
- Log into your InfiPlex OMS site and go to Settings > Integrations > Ecwid.
- ecwid_access_token: the access token from step 1
- ecwid_store_id: the store ID from step 1
- ecwid_pull_orders: set to Yes to pull Ecwid orders into the OMS
- ecwid_send_tracking_numbers: set to Yes to send tracking back to Ecwid when an order ships
- ecwid_soe_enabled: set to Yes to send inventory levels to Ecwid for SKUs flagged as Sell On Ecwid
- ecwid_soe_pricing_enabled: set to Yes only if you want InfiPlex to send pricing to Ecwid for those SKUs
- Save. InfiPlex starts checking Ecwid for new orders on the next cycle.
Inventory on Ecwid
Inventory updates go only to SKUs flagged as sold on Ecwid. Add your Ecwid SKUs to InfiPlex and set them as Sold On Ecwid, and InfiPlex keeps the Ecwid quantity in step with every marketplace from then on.
