The InfiPlex™ Inventory & Order Management System (OMS) streamlines management of your sales through Michaels.com by automating key processes within the InfiPlex Inventory & Order Management System.
The system automatically imports orders from Michaels.com, synchronizes inventory levels in real time, and promptly returns tracking information to Michaels once shipping labels are purchased. This seamless flow reduces manual work and helps maintain accurate stock visibility across channels.
Key Requirements:
The integration relies on a Michaels EDI account configured through CommerceHub, now known as Rithum, using the Rithum/CommerceHub OrderStream order integration.
Seamless Rithum/CommerceHub Integration
InfiPlex connects via your existing Rithum/CommerceHub OrderStream account using a secure sFTP XML connection. This handles all Michaels-related order data, inventory synchronization, and shipment tracking. Michaels orders are processed as standard orders within InfiPlex, with any associated EDI fees billed directly through your Rithum account. Real-Time Inventory and Shipment Updates
As orders come in from Michaels or any other integrated marketplace, InfiPlex automatically adjusts individual SKU inventory levels to ensure Michaels always sees the latest accurate stock. You can also perform manual updates through the built-in Inventory tool, bulk Inventory Uploads, FTP-based feeds, or custom integrations to pull stock from external sources. Upon shipment, InfiPlex sends advanced ship notices (ASNs) along with tracking numbers directly to Michaels.
Setup and Testing Support
InfiPlex guides you through the mandatory testing and certification process required by CommerceHub and Michaels. This validation step is essential for enabling full automation of order and inventory management.

Getting Started
Sign-up today with one of our OMS Packages and your new OMS can be up and running in 1 - 3 business days. Here's the basic process:
- Sign-up: choose one of our OMS Packages based on your sales volume from our pricing page.
- Get Your Keys: we will add your OMS set-up to our project queue and help you get the required keys for your marketplace integrations.
