Houzz adds a processing-and-charging requirement most marketplaces don't have, and InfiPlex automates it before the order ever reaches your ERP. Cleared Houzz orders post into NetSuite as sales orders on your regular sync cycle, your team fulfills through NetSuite exactly as they do everything else, and InfiPlex reads the tracking back and posts it to Houzz automatically. Inventory stays accurate across Houzz and every other channel as sales happen anywhere.
