InfiPlex Inventory & Order Management System (OMS) connects to your Overstock.com seller account and to the other Beyond.com marketplaces. InfiPlex is a recognized solution provider for Overstock and Beyond. Once connected, InfiPlex pulls orders, sends tracking back when you ship, and keeps Overstock inventory in step with your other channels.
Step 1: Integration Set-up in the Overstock Portal
- Log into your Overstock partner portal and open your account settings.
- Select Integrations Setup.
- Complete the integrations form, naming InfiPlex as your integration provider.
Step 2: Overstock Settings in InfiPlex
- Log into your InfiPlex OMS site and go to Settings > Integrations > Overstock.
- Enter your Overstock login, password, and Supplier ID.
- Set Overstock to pull orders, send tracking, and send inventory updates.
- Save. InfiPlex starts checking Overstock for new orders on the next cycle.
Step 3: Flag Your Overstock SKUs
Inventory updates go only to SKUs flagged as sold on Overstock. After the API connection is working, add your Overstock SKUs to InfiPlex and set them as Sold On Overstock. From then on InfiPlex keeps the Overstock quantity in step with every other channel. Selling on Beyond.com as well? The Beyond integration uses the same connection pattern.
