Section 1 of 5 · Getting connected

Rooms To Go Integration & Setup

How the InfiPlex Rooms To Go EDI connection works, and what the vendor relationship requires.

What is the InfiPlex Rooms To Go integration?

The InfiPlex Rooms To Go integration connects your approved Rooms To Go vendor relationship to the InfiPlex Inventory & Order Management System over EDI. Purchase orders pull in automatically, shipments ship from your warehouse or 3PL, and the ASN and invoice documents Rooms To Go requires post back — while your inventory stays synced with every other channel you supply.

Do I need to already be an approved Rooms To Go vendor?

Yes — Rooms To Go works through approved wholesale vendor relationships established directly with Rooms To Go buyers, not a self-serve marketplace signup. InfiPlex connects that EDI relationship once you're approved and Rooms To Go has issued your onboarding requirements.

How long does Rooms To Go EDI setup take?

Your OMS site is provisioned within 1–2 business days, and EDI trading-partner setups generally take longer than a standard marketplace connection because retailer-side testing is involved. Our team scopes the specific timeline once we see your Rooms To Go onboarding packet.

Inventory Sync & Availability

How InfiPlex keeps your Rooms To Go commitments accurate against every other channel.

How does inventory sync work for a Rooms To Go vendor?

InfiPlex maintains one master inventory pool, and every sale on any channel — Rooms To Go, another retailer, or your own webstore — updates available quantities everywhere in real time, which is what prevents committing stock to a Rooms To Go PO you can't actually ship.

How do I update inventory in bulk?

Use the built-in Inventory Tool for direct edits, the Inventory Upload tool for spreadsheet-based changes, scheduled FTP feeds, or automated pulls from supplier systems. One update propagates to Rooms To Go and every other connected channel.

How it works

How the InfiPlex Rooms To Go integration works

Rooms To Go runs a standard retail EDI vendor relationship: purchase orders arrive for distribution center replenishment, often tied to its curated room-package merchandising, and suppliers confirm shipments and invoice electronically within required timing windows. InfiPlex pulls Rooms To Go purchase orders into the same queue as your other retailers, generates the ASN and invoice documents on time, and keeps your inventory synced so you never commit stock you can't ship.
