Rooms To Go SKU Set-up

Last Updated: Sep 21, 2026

The Rooms To Go EDI integration in InfiPlex Inventory & Order Management System (OMS) needs three Rooms To Go values on every SKU you sell them: the Rooms To Go SKU number, the UPC, and the product name. This guide covers loading your SKUs and attaching that data so inventory and tracking files pass Rooms To Go validation.

Step 1: Load Your SKUs and Flag Them for Rooms To Go

Your SKUs must exist in InfiPlex before any Rooms To Go data can be attached. Add them with the OMS Product Upload and set them as Sold On Rooms To Go.

Turn on auto-create SKUs. Tracking files for Rooms To Go only send correctly when every ordered SKU exists in InfiPlex, so enable automatic SKU creation from marketplace orders. New SKUs that arrive on Rooms To Go orders are then added for you.

Step 2: Attach the Rooms To Go SKU Data

Rooms To Go supplies the values in the product data file you receive from them. Rooms To Go SKU numbers are numeric, usually 8 or 9 digits, for example 30332073.

  1. Create a comma-delimited .csv with these columns, where sku is your existing InfiPlex SKU:
    • sku
    • rtg_product_name
    • rtg_sku
    • rtg_upc
  2. Open the SKU Utilities tool, choose Set Identifying Data, and upload the file. Identifying data covers ASIN, GTIN, UPC, ISBN, barcode, and retailer fields like these; the column headers above tell InfiPlex which fields to set.

  3. Keep the file as your master list: add new SKUs to it and re-upload whenever your Rooms To Go catalog changes.
  4. To check any single SKU, open Tools > SKU Data and enter the SKU number.
