InfiPlex Inventory & Order Management System (OMS) connects to your Rue La La supplier account over Rue La La's SFTP file exchange. Once connected, InfiPlex pulls Rue La La orders, sends tracking back when you ship, and keeps Rue La La inventory in step with your other channels.
Before You Start
You need an existing Rue La La supplier account. If you do not sell on Rue La La yet, use the Sell on Rue La La link in the footer of ruelala.com to apply. Rue La La provides the SFTP address, login, and password used below.
Rue La La Set-up Steps
- Open the Rue La La settings in your OMS. Log into your InfiPlex OMS site and go to Settings > Integrations > Rue La La.
- ruelala_sftp_remote_address: the SFTP address Rue La La gave you for file transfer
- ruelala_sftp_login: the SFTP login
- ruelala_sftp_password: the SFTP password
- ruelala_supplier_id: your Rue La La supplier ID
- ruelala_pull_orders: set to Yes to pull Rue La La orders into the OMS
- ruelala_send_tracking_numbers: set to Yes to send tracking back to Rue La La when an order ships
- ruelala_sor_enabled: set to Yes to send inventory levels to Rue La La for SKUs flagged as Sell On Rue La La
- ruelala_inventory_set_to_zero: the threshold below which InfiPlex reports zero. Set to 5, for example, and any SKU with 5 or fewer units shows as 0 on Rue La La
- Save. InfiPlex starts checking Rue La La for new orders on the next cycle.
Inventory on Rue La La
Inventory updates go only to SKUs flagged as sold on Rue La La. Add your Rue La La SKUs to InfiPlex and set them as Sold On Rue La La. Flash-sale events sell fast, so the set-to-zero threshold above is the main guard against oversells during an event.
