InfiPlex Inventory & Order Management System (OMS) defaults to America/Chicago. Set your own time zone when the site is first set up. Changing it after marketplace connections are running can cause orders to be missed during new-order checks, so treat it as a day-one setting.
Changing the Setting
- Click the wrench icon in the top right of the admin area, then the purple Settings button.
- Search "timezone" and click the blue timezone_default button.
- Enter the zone name from PHP's supported time zones, for example America/New_York, with no leading or trailing spaces, and save.
