Some Amazon Vendor Central Direct Fulfillment sellers lose API access to order shipping addresses, most often when the 3PL or shipping tool they use is not fully compliant with Amazon's SP-API requirements. Without the address, labels have to be printed by hand in the Vendor Central portal and passed to the warehouse, which slows fulfillment and puts seller metrics at risk. The approved InfiPlex Vendor Central SP-API app restores the automated flow: InfiPlex Inventory & Order Management System (OMS) pulls the shipping address for every Direct Fulfillment order and hands it to your 3PL or shipping system. 
How the Connection Works
- Connect Vendor Central to the Amazon SP-API. Authorizing the InfiPlex app takes a few minutes; the Vendor Central Direct Fulfillment SP-API set-up walks through it. New orders start pulling as soon as the authorization completes.
- Connect your 3PL warehouse, ERP, or shipping system. InfiPlex integrations with NetSuite, Extensiv, ShipStation, and the 3PL Connector put the shipping address back into the system your warehouse ships from.
- Order and shipping flow. Orders pull from Vendor Central Direct Fulfillment into InfiPlex; you ship from InfiPlex or send orders to your ERP, WMS, 3PL, or ShipStation and tracking comes back; InfiPlex sends the tracking to Vendor Central to finalize the order.
Options
- Direct Fulfillment invoicing. Amazon normally auto-generates invoices, but InfiPlex can manage Direct Fulfillment invoices and pass them to an ERP such as NetSuite, which saves reconciliation time.
- Amazon-generated labels. InfiPlex can pull the labels Amazon generates for Direct Fulfillment orders. Amazon labels can be sent to your warehouse wherever its API accepts a label file per order.
