InfiPlex Inventory & Order Management System (OMS) connects to your Lowe's supplier account through your CommerceHub OrderStream account, using the CommerceHub SFTP XML connection for orders, inventory, and tracking. Once connected, InfiPlex pulls Lowe's orders, sends tracking back when you ship, and keeps Lowe's inventory in step with your other channels. Before You Start
- Contact CommerceHub support and request the SFTP XML OrderStream integration for your Lowe's account. Tell them InfiPlex is your solution provider; they connect the account to InfiPlex for testing and production.
- CommerceHub requires a testing phase before the connection goes live. InfiPlex manages that testing for you; contact InfiPlex support for the one-time set-up fee.
Lowe's Settings in InfiPlex
- Log into your InfiPlex OMS site and go to Settings > Integrations > Lowe's.
- lowes_sftp_remote_address: the CommerceHub SFTP address for file transfer
- lowes_sftp_login: the SFTP login
- lowes_sftp_password: the SFTP password
- lowes_partner_id: your Lowe's partner ID
- lowes_warehouse_id: your Lowe's warehouse ID
- lowes_gs1_number: your GS1 company prefix, used to build unique container IDs
- lowes_pull_orders: set to Yes to pull Lowe's orders into the OMS
- lowes_send_tracking_numbers: set to Yes to send tracking back to Lowe's when an order ships
- lowes_sol_enabled: set to Yes to send inventory levels to Lowe's for SKUs flagged as Sell On Lowe's
- lowes_inventory_set_to_zero: the threshold below which InfiPlex reports zero. Set to 5, for example, and any SKU with 5 or fewer units shows as 0 at Lowe's
- Save. Once CommerceHub moves the connection to production, InfiPlex starts pulling Lowe's orders on the next cycle.
Required: Main Warehouse Address
Lowe's tracking files include your ship-from address, and CommerceHub rejects every tracking file without one. Go to Inventory > Warehouse, open your main warehouse (default name "Main"), and confirm the full address is filled in before the first shipment.
Inventory at Lowe's
Inventory updates go only to SKUs flagged as sold on Lowe's. Add your Lowe's SKUs to InfiPlex and set them as Sold On Lowe's, and InfiPlex keeps the Lowe's quantity in step with every other channel from then on.
