Refurbed, Back Market, and Reebelo all run the same basic model, refurbishers list vetted, graded devices and the platform takes a commission, but they built that model in different regions with different scale and different grading language. All three platforms solve the same buyer problem: making a refurbished device purchase feel as safe as buying new, through vetted sellers, grading standards, and a platform guarantee that steps in if a seller does not resolve an issue. One honest gap in this comparison: Refurbed's own public documentation of its grading language and quality-check process is thinner than Back Market's or Reebelo's, both of which publish fairly detailed condition tiers and checkpoint counts. That does not mean Refurbed's standards are weaker, only that they are less visible in public sources; anything specific about Refurbed's current grading criteria is best confirmed directly with Refurbed.
