Shipping Label Package Info Area

Last Updated: Sep 21, 2026

InfiPlex Inventory & Order Management System (OMS) can print a Package Info block under each shipping label: order date, marketplace order number, box number, and the SKUs in that box, plus an optional line of custom text per SKU. Warehouses use it to pick and verify from the label itself.

Turn It On

Go to Settings > Base Settings > Miscellaneous and set shipping_label_display_package_info to Yes. The block then prints under every label.

What the Block Shows

  • Order Date
  • Order Source Order #
  • Box # (1 of X): based on the packages on the order and which items are in each
  • SKU / ASIN / Quantity: one line per SKU in the package
  • Custom SKU Text: optional, one line per SKU, set up below

Custom SKU Text

Custom text is SKU Data on the SKU, so it works well when a marketplace SKU maps to a different master or pick SKU and you want the pick SKU on the label. The entry name is sldpi_note_package_N (Shipping Label Display Package Info), where N is the package number the SKU lands in. Because a SKU can end up in any package, define one entry per possible package number. If you never ship more than four boxes, define four:

  • sldpi_note_package_1: Pick Item: 3159-1
  • sldpi_note_package_2: Pick Item: 3159-1
  • sldpi_note_package_3: Pick Item: 3159-1
  • sldpi_note_package_4: Pick Item: 3159-1

Loading the data. Use the SKU Utilities tool (Set Identifying Data) with a .csv whose columns are sku, sldpi_note_package_1, sldpi_note_package_2, and so on. Download the example file for SKU 3159.

Multi-box SKUs. When one SKU ships as two boxes (3159-1 and 3159-2), alternate the values so each box gets the right pick text whatever its package number: package 1 gets 3159-1, package 2 gets 3159-2, package 3 gets 3159-1, and so on, out to twice the maximum number of boxes an order might carry (eight entries covers four boxes).
