How this integration works
Houzz adds a step most marketplaces don't have: orders must be processed and charged per Houzz's requirements before fulfillment. InfiPlex automates that step, so by the time an order reaches ShipStation it's fully cleared to ship. From there it behaves like any other ShipStation order: your carriers, your automation rules, your packing slips. InfiPlex reads the tracking back from ShipStation, posts it to Houzz, and keeps SKU inventory current across Houzz and every other channel as sales happen anywhere.
