Inventory Buffer Get

Gets one Inventory Buffer. An Inventory Buffer holds back buffer_amount units of a SKU from the quantity InfiPlex sends to every sales channel except those listed in excluded_mps, which receive the actual quantity and so become the channels allowed to sell the last units. A connection's set-to-zero threshold fires before the buffer; if it sends 0, the buffer is skipped for that SKU and channel.

With 10 on hand, this SKU is sent as 6 to every channel except Amazon.com and Amazon.ca, which are sent 10.
